Bruno was the first to contact me back (within 15 minutes, in fact) and, in that same phone call, found a few options and explained how they worked. After being rejected by my first choice (for an ulcer that hasn't acted up in 3 years) he found another resource that worked out even better. We have an appointment scheduled for a couple of months from now to discuss long-term care. Bruno was not only incredibly responsive, he also followed up on everything in a more than timely manner.

    Based upon an excellent Angie's List rating, I contacted Bruno regarding health insurance for my 27 year old daughter. Bruno responded immediately, was friendly, informative, and very organized. He took down relevant information, contacted me the next day with choices of plans, helped me while we were on the phone with the online application, and then confirmed my daughter's coverage 2 days later.     My agent has been dealing with my life insurance policy for some months and has called frequently to keep my informed.  I wanted to cancel it because the premium was too high.  He got them to lower the monthly premium, and consequently the overall cost of the policy and the payout.  This has been ongoing for many months now, and he has continually persisted till receiving a final result.  He has been diligent in his persistence.   Many years ago, before my husband and I had taken out insurance with Les, my husband contracted IBM, Inclusion Body Myositis, a degenerative, muscle-wasting disease, similar to ALS, but much slower and not as deadly.   At that point, Les told us my husband would not be eligible for Long Term Care, but I still would, and I signed up immediately.   Unbeknownst to us, Les continued to explore the possibilities with several companies until he found one that WOULD insure my husband.  Although the premium was quite high at the time, $500+ a month, nearly double that of mine, we went for it.  Thank Heavens, because in a few more years, my husband fell and broke his ankle.  He never fully recovered from that, and we immediately began to use caregivers.  At first, it was just a few hours a day, a few times a week, but over his remaining ten years of life, our care grew to seven days a week, and as many hours as our policy would allow.   It was truly a Godsend that we had that policy in place, thanks to Les' hard work in researching for a company that would sell my husband a policy.  Without all the extra hours and hours of care over the ten years, I might have had a breakdown myself, if all the work fell on my shoulders.   Now I am nearly 79, but know that if and when the time comes for me to use my Long Term Care policy, it is there waiting for me, building up more hours of care each year.  I feel confident that I will still be able to be cared for in my own home, or wherever I decide to live.  This gives me an extremely secure feeling, knowing that I will not have to rely on my daughters or interfere with their lives.  Thank you, Les Light.  Keep up the good work.   I remain your grateful client,  Marilyn Sousa

    Benefit packages was wonderful ! BENEFIT PACKAGES WAS WONDERFUL!!!! I would 100% suggest anybody wanting to join Medicare and is totally confused, as I was,to contact BENEFIT PACKAGES. They explained everything to me in full. I know, I asked the same questions over and over again,as at first it was rather confusing. They made it very much easier to find the best plan for me and at a cost I could afford.They set everything up,also the monthly payments with my bank and also for my prescription plan. I can't rate them highly enough!!!!

    Larry explained how to enroll into Medicare and went over all of my options including supplements and advantage plans.  When he did a doctor search and found out that my doctor is a member of Anthem Blue Cross, and that I could continue to see my doctor without paying anything in copays or premiums I was ecstatic.

    The coverage has always been very good.  I've had two hospitalizations which included two surgeries, and I didn't have an exorbitant bill after returning home.  These last two surgeries were with the primary Medicare and supplementary, the Anthem Blue Cross..  I used to have a full health plan with them for many years.  Since it was COBRA, it was really expensive, but again, the coverage was very good, and I didn't need a referral to see any specialist.  I was also told that I could get a second opinion if I wanted to, particularly for neurosurgery as to treatment options.   I have just started using them for supplementary insurance.

    I haven't had any problems. Again, it's the plan my previous employer provided the retirees. You have an option when you retire and fortunately Kaiser is one of them. I had Kaiser when I was working and naturally I wanted to stay with them. Both of my parents use Kaiser when they retired and I have followed that path. It is an excellent system. It's a plan that Los Angeles county has available and it has a large base.

    As far as we are concerned, they have been excellent. They have provided excellent care to us. I have had to hospitalizations and the care that I received was topnotch. They utilize an email procedure for contacting your doctor and I found them to be very responsive. Within 24 hours of sending a request, you get a response back. That is pretty good. We do not really receive billing for health services because it is covered under the plan.
