ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. DI told the contractor that I needed the the Washer and dryer opening to move out and be flush with the door frame next to the wall. I came up later to see what was happening. They put the new dry wall on the door frame, not flush to it. The was over 38" which was too much. The worker already cut the carpeted area and know we had a big problem. The only way he could fix this was by taking off the dry wall and putting the mud and orange peel on the wood by putting paper on the wood first and it would cost me a extra $200.00 more for his mistake. I had no choice but to do this. The job came out terrible. one wall curved inward, and the other small wall was smaller on the bottom and wider at the top. The contractor also put the wood board edge flush to the new small wall and the mud goes below the wood and out farther than the wood. The orange peel was not even close to the same type of design like on the other walls and there were areas that had none on it. He said it was my fault because I wanted the wall not curving inward. Now the sliding glass mirror doors track and the top frame were too short. He said that they way it is. The contractor didn't build the walls out far enough. I went to Home Depot to buy a new lower slider and new top and she said it's the contractors fault. I told him this and he filled in the two holes on the top frame with wood to fill in the holes. On the bottom slider he just caulk the area so it wasn't open at the end. I said to him I was very unhappy with the work and just said he lost money on the job. He had a worker helping him on the first day only. The man was recommended by Angies list which I will never use Angies List again. This job to redo would cost me over $2500.00 so I am leaving it as it is.

AI just moved into my new place and it needed some upgrades. I met with a few contractors, but from the moment I met with Eran from AGA, I knew I met the right contractor for my project. Eran was very knowledgeable and professional. I met with him about 3 times to discuss different options and design details. He was very patient with me and gave me great ideas. The work took about a month, to remodel 2 bathrooms, re-do the flooring and paint the entire unit. AGA’s team was great throughout the entire project, from the office staff, to the field supervisor to the workers, they were organized and always coordinated with me, keeping me in the loop throughout the work. The quality of work is amazing, and my house was kept clean (as possible for construction). Thanks AGA for the great work!!

AWe have used US Home Developers before, and had them remodel our bathroom and scrape/resurface our acoustic ceilings in three rooms. Everything turned out very well. The shower was completely redone and modernized, and we are pleased with the result. Kris kept us informed every step of the way. The workers were very conscientious with masks and social distancing.
