I am 7 months pregnant all the way in Los Angeles, CA and my husband and I had to do a virtual closing and send Maria and her team out to our new property that haven't been to yet to deep clean and sanitize and wow were they AMAZING!!!! Literally, from facetime and then in person the place is SPOTLESS!! Before we arrived we could feel via facetime how clean this place was, and after entering it felt like a dream!!!! I’m willing to pay $700 for the cleaning of my new Apartment, I think this is a reasonable price since it’s just a 5 bed room apartment, it shouldn’t take more than a day or 2 for you to have the Apartment cleaned. You will be provided with the date and time by my Landlord, as soon as I’m done making payments to you for the cleaning. My Landlord will be taking you to the Apartment in person immediately i contact him that i have finally paid for the cleaning service. I want the cleaning done before i get back to the States, I already made proper arrangements on how the payment will get to you and also the keys to the apartment, My Landlord will be showing you the Apartment so the locations shouldn’t be a problem, He will be there to help you in all you need. I will instruct my client to issue and mail out to you an overdraft payment of $3800 so you can deduct the $700 for cleaning of the Apartment, then you will have the remaining funds sent to the Landlord of the apartment, So My landlord can bring down the keys to you and he would be available when you are ready for the cleaning. The remaining funds you will be sending to the Landlord is the balance payment for the Apartment cause am just moving in, I’m only doing this because I’m presently out of the states for a Seminar and which am of the Facilitator, and i want things to go smooth and perfect before my return. Nancy came same day and cleaned our new home in 4 hours top to bottom (including cleaning all drawers/cabinets). She did such a great job on the move-in cleaning that I immediately hired her for a move-out cleaning of my last home. ANancy's Cleaning ServicesWe just moved into our home and the wet spaces were filthy from the renters who stayed in the home before we bought it. Patricia and Erica were amazing they cleaned it the best that they could to make the wet spacing usable. The toilets, certain areas in the bathrooms, and kitchen stove needed deep cleaning and that is what they did. Although the spaces need a little more cleaning from where they were to where they are now, I was satisfied with the work and recommend this company.- Sherie G.

Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

ADiane and her team were very hard working and did an excellent job. My sister-in-law has been very ill for months, so much of my brother's home needed deep cleaning - it was a difficult job. Diane came to set up her crew and make sure everything was on track. They then worked tirelessly for hours to get things set right. Diane returned towards the end to ensure the crew had done everything properly. I've not ever had an experience of a company owner doing such amazing quality control -- very professional. My brother was so happy to have gotten this help -- it was my Christmas present to him and he said it was the best thing he could have received.
