He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic. ARoy Mathis MovingThis is an excellent moving company! I chose this company because of the great reviews, they are family owned and they have been in business for many years. From the beginning, Ava the scheduler was very accomodating. I had to change my scheduled move twice because the new house was not yet move in ready. At one point, the day I needed was booked but Ava went above and beyond and got us movers! The movers, Charro and Mario arrived early! When they were leaving the first house, the owner stopped by to drop off a third mover. He came over to ask me how everything was going, and helped the guys a little before he left, he was great! I had been living in the same home for almost 40 years. This was my first time moving and, as you can imagine I was very disorganized. The movers, Charro has over 15 years of moving experience with the same company and knew exactly what to do, he was very helpful and had great suggestions. Mario was very nice, both were great guys! I felt very comfortable knowing they were so experienced. When they arrived at the new house, they were so patient and accommodating because I was still figuring out where to put the furniture. I am very thankful for their hard work and advice. If you are moving, this is a great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!- Ana P.

Diego was quick to respond and was able to arrange next day service for a big job that involved a pickup in Long Beach and a delivery in Thousand Oaks. His trailer is not only great for hauling trash and junk but transporting anything that won’t fit in your car. Prices were fair and the team was courteous and showed up on time. BI spent quite a bit of time reminding them how to do the job...which I found frustrating. They spent more time looking at their cell phones then doing the job that could've been completed in a day! They also arrived late 3x or not at all and rescheduled multiple times. And last but not least.....they did not bring a truck to hall away the waste. Which is still sitting in my backyard awaiting for removal.😒

AThis is such a nice man. He doesn't normally service my area . He first apologized for not being able to help me but then about 5 minutes later he called me back to say he would make an exception since I was a senior and he knows how hard it is for senior citizens to get rid of things like that. He restored my faith in humanity that day when I was about to give up.What a fine human being. Thanks from the bottom of my heart Jon. God bless you. FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
