AAll American Window CleaningCarl, the owner of All American Window Cleaning, and his assistant, Eric, showed up for the job at exactly the time agreed upon. We have only lived in our 1907 two-story house for a year, and I am not sure when the rain gutters and down spouts were last cleaned. They got to work right away, and they did an AMAZING job of cleaning out the gutters and spouts which were VERY dirty and full of debris. They were in and out in less than two hours, and cleaned up so well afterwards that we couldn't tell they had been here. We will definitely hire them again and probably for window cleaning. AProject went exceptionally well. Tear off team came the first day then roofers came 2 days later. The roof cost is toward the high side but comes with a very good warranty. We also needed quite a bit of carpentry work done. They have excellent carpenters and the cost of the wood was very reasonable. Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, I would hire this company again, and again, and again. Our cost included a lot of added carpentry work Very professional, very trustworthy

AHad the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler.

AThis review is way overdue but I can't say enough about the job Eric and his team performed. Eric provided a bid that was reasonable and the lowest of the bids I received. He and his team were always on time and performed the work as laid out in the bid. I was not even considering adding gutters, let alone copper gutters, but I am so glad I decided to do so. They look amazing and were not nearly as expensive as I thought they might be. Even after the project was completed, I had some issues where the interior plaster in the ceiling had cracked, and Eric came by and help correct the issue. More than anything, I trust and respect Eric. It is not easy to find a contractor that you like and trust, but this is the guy!
