I think she does a really good job. She's not somebody whom I'd go to again. Her patient to doctor communication is not so good. She didn't seem interested in my questions. The staff was very friendly. The office environment is nice, modern, clean and well organized.

It was just great! After all the tests, it was discovered that my eyes were worse, so I bought new glasses, and had my old glasses that I bought there 2 years ago, turned into sunglasses. The people there are sooo nice. I am a disabled person, and I use a scooter, and a service dog, and they were very loving twords my dog.

Lee & Associates Family Eye Care
I've known him for a long, long time. He's very friendly and very confident. It's a pleasurable experience to go see him, not something you dread. The office is nice and the staff is friendly.

    Smith, Dr. Paul W.
Very well. I see some lower ratings. Not my experience. I've been seeing Dr. Smith for years since he took over Gosnel's practice. The office ladies are always knowledgeable. All the test seem pertinent. At my age, 60's, it's important to get a thorough eye examinations. Dr. Smith is fine with letting you go a year or two without refilling your prescription if the change is not dramatic. I buy lenses with all the upgrades, so it's not cheap. I no longer have vision insurance. Pay about $500 for visit, new lenses and nice frames. Medi Care covers some of the examination. Dr. Smith always spends about an hour thoroughly checking my eyes. He seems to really care and explains all the steps along the way. Yes, I get a card with an appointment date. Easy to call and change if I want to. Yes, it needs to be confirmed that you'll be there. No big deal to me.

    Grossman, Dr. Kenneth R
.It is an ongoing treatment, as the Shingles have caused problems with my eye. Dr Grossman answers all of my questions, will go in detail about the problem, and what to expect in the future. He is a very dedicated doctor. I would refer him to anyone I know. His demeanor is a fast action person, but he does answer all questions, and will explain in detail what he's talking about. He will evern show us on his computer the pictures they have taken and what they mean. We like him very much.

    Grossman, Dr. Kenneth R
I've been going to Dr. Kenneth R. Grossman for years because I am a diabetic. He did cataract surgery on both my eyes. He was also my husband's doctor. He's number one, in my book. Anyone who goes there will get the best care that can be given. I don't know how to explain it, but he's just a good doctor and a good surgeon.

    Smith, Dr. Paul W.
I called prior to verify appointment time and was told my family member was not on their list for the day. I told the gal I had a card for todays visit and she mentioned someone must of forgot to enter name on the computer. I was told they had a cancellation for the day and we could be seen. I decided since I had already made plans to take my family member to the appointment I would just go. We had to wait for a while but, once Dr. Miller seen us and explained the process for the eye exam everything went great. The staff and Dr. Miller are very friendly and professional.

    Gary Graham MD
The office was very busy as it was late in the afternoon the day before a holiday. Overall they took me in immediately and the staff did the initial "work up". Dr. Graham wasn't the friendliest doctor, but that could have been because of the timing. He did notice my macular degeneration which I had written down on the form and he had an assistant perform an additional test for that. Overall he said that the macular degeneration wasn't bad, which was very reassuring, and that the reason I thought it was worse was that my glasses had been made with a serious miscalculation on the refraction on my right eye. I was very concerned about being able to see out of my new glasses with that much of a change. The optician was wonderful and told me he is excellent at calculating the refractions so I shouldn't worry. I ordered glasses and they were ready in about 10 days - very fast considering the holiday and weekend. I put them on and was able to see better immediately - no more moving my head around to adjust for near/far or my computer! I only had to go back once for a minor adjustment of the nose piece. They told me that the old glasses not only had a wrong prescription but were made with the cheapest glass and coatings available - and they actually cost me more than Dr.Graham's glasses! I will definitely return to Dr. Graham, even if he is a little gruff in the "bedside manor" as I feel it is more important to have a doctor who knows what he is doing and has a good reputation.
