    G Street Auto Care
They were very informative and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done. They even dropped my car off for me at work when they were done to minimize any inconvenience.

    MERCED HONDA
because the honda mechanics were thorough, they discovered that two other filters in my car needed replacing. i was shown the two filters and they were clogged completely with dirt [ a lot like the dirt i have to clean from my vacuum cleaner often. i live in the country, at the end of a long dirt road and next to an almond orchard]. i asked the mechanic if you could blow out the dust as i do with the filters on my vacuum with an air compressor. the servicemen were united in answering that i could do that in the future for some maintenance but the filters needed to be replaced when they were in such poor condition as the ones they showed me from my car. being a wary, and i hope, smart consumer, i was on the look-out for unnecessary replacements and charges but i was very satisfied and impressed by all three of the employees i interacted with. there was no hesitation to answer any of my questions. everyone was professional, pleasant and helpful. i had checked oil change prices at other businesses and was surprised to find that the dealership was actually less expensive! i definitely got more for my money from a service department that is trained specifically to work on my honda. who else could have explained exactly what to look for in the brake fluid chamber and explained how and why??**

    MC AULEY LINCOLN MERCURY
I have a Lincoln Town Car. It's just too old, but I bought it new from the factory. I've had so many things done to it. That's it, that's all I'm going to do because it just floats on the freeway. They don't make them anymore, so I'm not going to get rid of it. They are really good. I've always been a believer, when you buy a car, you have the dealership take care of it forever. They have a record on it and these other people you go to, no. They've been taking my car from day one since I got it in 2004. I don't put much on, I only have 53,000 miles on it. They do very good. When I get a car, I keep the dealership taking care of it because they keep a list and they keep a configuration on the car, from day one and I wouldn't take it to any other mechanic because they're responsible and they're Lincoln dealers. I would totally stick with them anytime I have a brand new car or a car.

    MC AULEY LINCOLN MERCURY
I don't go to anybody else. They take care of it from day one. So I have any problems later on, I go back to them and say, "Hey, what is this?" So they've got the record on it and if they screw up, I've got them. I stick to the dealer. The quality is very good.

    Campus Automotive
I always return to Campus Automotive.  Their customer service is great, and I have had nothing but the best service experience there.  Louis and his entire team are top-notch, and they check in with their customers before proceeding with the work.  That's really appreciated.  They listen to their customers, arm you with all the necessary information in order to allow you to make the best decision for YOU.  In short, they truly care about their customers. I had also asked for advice - my car has high mileage, and I wanted to know the kinds of things that may go out over the coming year or so, at which point I will replace the car.  Louis provided great information and what he recommended may be a good course of action.

    Midas Auto Service Experts
The service was great. Found the issue and notified me what it was. On other services they could have easily said I needed 1500+ in repairs but because nothing was broke they couldn't rec. fixing. The water pump and axels and barings were almost shot and warn but weren't broke. Just very honest and is my go to for everything.

    MERCED VOLKSWAGEN HYUNDAI KIA
My purse was stolen in May, 2013.  In it were the keys to my Hyundai Sonata.  I was uncomfortable with the fact that a thief had my car keys, and could come along and steal my car.  The service department at Hyundai/Kia/Volkswagen advised that I get my car re-keyed.  I had them do the work, and although it was expensive, I had peace of mind that the thief could not come back and steal my car from my workplace or a parking lot, ect.  The work was done in an afternoon, and all is well.

    MERCED TOYOTA
I walked in and they know everything about my car, it on their computer. They call me by name. They bring me home and pick me up and all that kind of stuff. They send me a card to inform me to do the checkup.
