  • Porch roof was leaking. Tugwell offered a good price. Saw other issues on my main roof that needed fixed and offered to fix them when they were doing the porch. Stripped the roof, repaired the underlayment, put on the new roof adding dams along the edges, and sealed it tight. It has already rained and NO LEAKS!!! :) They cleaned after themselves every day. You could hardly tell that they were there. They were open to my questions, and I had a lot of them. Only issues were they were late on the first day. So late that I had to call them to find out if they were still coming. They called later to tell me that they would be late. The other issue was that I did not know when they project was done, so I kept unlocking my gates on days that they were not really there. I had to call to check on that. Other than that, they were a great company to work with!

  • Had the job scheduled for a certain date and then got a call that they'd like to start a couple of days earlier, which was OK with me. Job finished in just a couple of days. They cleaned up the debris each day. A Tugwell rep. came out to inspect the employees job afterwards and then made a minor repair to what an outside contractor had made to my A/C on the roof. Even had a person pull in the driveway and get a business card from him. The person stated he had never seen a job go so quick. Was more expensive than I expected, but the last time I had the roof done was 27 years ago and I tended to think of the cost back then.

  • OUTSTANDING SERVICE We were concerned about the recent fires near Cottonwood, We requested a quote from Valley Tree Services to remove tree limbs and brush below our house. Valley View responded quickly and proposed an hourly rate for their services. Though the area below our house was very steep, they bought a highly experienced crew which completed the work quickly and perfectly. Their cost was very reasonable for the hard work they performed. We recommend them highly.

  • QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. We commend Currie's Quality Painting for it's outstanding workmanship in painting portions of our home. We had a water damage loss last year which resulted in serious paint damage to our kitchen, dining room and other rooms. We remembered that Jim Currie of Currie's Quality Painting.had painted our house inteior originally over 20 years ago. He remembered it also and recommended repainting with similar coloring.   • OLD WORLD WORKMANSHIP. We commend West Wood Floors for it's old world workmanship in installing replacement wood floors in our home. We had a water damage loss last year which resulted in total destruction of our kitchen and dining room floors. We remembered that West Wood Floors had installed the wood floors originally over 20 years ago. They remembered us also and replaced the hickory floors with similar wood.   • OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP. We commend Shasta Wood Products for it's outstanding workmanship in repairing/rebuilding the kitchen cabinets in our home. We had a water damage loss last year which resulted in the total destruction of the cabinets. We remembered that Shasta Wood Products had built and installed the cabinets originally over 20 years ago. They remembered it also and still had the original design. They now have rebuilt and reinstalled the cabinets. Except for coloration change due to the aging, we cannot tell the difference. Such OUTSTANDING WORKMANSHIP deserves high reward.   • They were clean, finished in the time limit and under quoted budget. I feel it would be wise to give them a try! They Installed a new roof, replaced damaged plywood under the old roof, and replaced rotted fascia boards as well. I highly recommend.

  • They never completely set it uo. I tried contacting many different people for help and not one person returned my call. This was the worse service I have ever received. And now I am stuck with this company. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SOLAR COMPANY!

  • Charlie did great. The carpets were very clean, the stains were gone. He was on time, worked quickly and got the job done. The carpets dried quickly and by the next morning everything was back where it was suppose to be. I am very happy.

  • I would like to get this out since I know of others its happened to. We have been part of the Shamrock Club paying $15 for 20 years. Each year for the last couple years every time they come out and service it, it does not work after they leave. Over the years and also being told by some AC repair Techs we have marked some things on our system to know whats happening. In 2016 they put in a bad fuse causing it to get one phase of power and not to operate and this year they disconnected one orange wire to the blower fan and tell us the fan needed replaced. This is disturbing and I wonder how many others fell for it not knowing why there AC quite. I would like to end people getting scammed by this company. Once they service it and if it does not work. They want to charge a service fee and if its convenient for them to send a Tech after hours that adds to the repair cost. Who knows what parts they are going to try to sell you but in this case it was a fan. Please get to the bottom of this as some of there are customers being taken advantage of and may not know it due to not knowing AC's or anything electrical. Things I know about from just me and a neighbor That both used them and no longer will. In these cases the customers are over 60 years of age. Examples: -One older man next door was told his fan motor was leaking grease and needed replaced it could fail anytime but less than a week and he elected not to but privately bought the fan in case it quite and that was 6-7 years ago - I was told that my AC fan went out and I needed a new AC as they can't get the motor anymore and I allowed them to change it at only 13 years old. Found out later the parts could be got. -2016 Fues was changed out causing my AC not to run and they where marked so it was obvious they had been tampered with -2017 they disconnected the wire in the service saying it ran fine and quite that day. The next dat the tech came back out and checked it and he told me that the board had the correct voltages and the motor was burned out. About 30 minutes after the tech left the AC started lightly blowing but blowing air cold air out of the filter. it was found the wire on the capacitor was removed and had touched the case. This does not match the Techs finding of the motor is dead. Once the wire had been replaced the system works fine again a 2 minute fix by a electrician.
