Dr. Dunne, the hygienists, and the front office staff are very friendly. I've had several cleanings and some other dental work performed. It all went well and seems to be quality work. My husband now comes here as well, and we plan to continue. The only difficulties I've had were related to billing, which resulted in frustration and time spent on my part trying to reconcile my insurance statements with what I actually paid. I paid the dental office at the time of each service, based on what the office received from my insurance provider as the estimate for my portion of the cost. The estimates turned out to be inaccurate, resulting in my overpaying. The dental office's biller/accounts person sorted it out cheerfully but it was enough of an aggravation that next time I have any dental work done beyond the standard cleaning, I'm going to wait to pay until my insurance company sends me its Explanation of Benefits. I was also billed for some xrays the dental office advised me were covered under my plan but were not (not enough time had passed since my last xrays at my former dentist). I was glad I caught the error. The dental office removed the charges without any hassle. I appreciated their responsiveness.

    Robinson, Dr. Kris M.
I think he's great. His office is great. The staff is very friendly. I waited for 15 minutes. The office is very clean and very nice. I thought he's very knowledgeable about dentistry and health. I paid right then and it was quick.

    24 Hour Fitness USA Inc
I like the yoga classes. I like the Zumba classes. I like the core cardio and more classes. They seem to be professional. It's a little bit of an older gym so it's not as fancy but as for what I need, it's fine. They got a lot of nice group exercises classes and really good instructors. The price is very reasonable. I go to them all the time.

    Anthem Blue Cross
I last used it for my chiropractor. I love it because it is a PTO and there is no deductible. I haven't had any problems. This is my second year of having them. The premiums aren't bad. The communication is good. I think their coverage is great. I know up front what will be covered.

    Michael Spitzer DDS
The staff and hygenists are always very friendly and thorough.  They also accomodate my hectic lifestyle to the best of their ability.  For example, this appointment was actually a rescheduled appointment, since I had an emergency and couldn't make the original appointment.
I like that this practice has email reminders, and they use a service that doesn't overwhelm your in-box.  You can choose to tell it that you don't need any more reminders for a particular appointment.
Dr. Spitzer is always very caring about possible pain levels during work, and uses a lot of rapid-set and UV light cured resins.

    Greg Schinnerer DDS
I've been going to Dr. Schinnerer for ages, and he's an excellent dentist. He has a patient and friendly demeanor, his staff is friendly and efficient, and I never have an issue getting appointments. His office is good about sending out reminders for cleanings, too.

    Vo, Dr. Hang P.
I have been seeing her for about 6 years. She is very kind and patient, especially for people who have apprehension. She explains things thoroughly and presents several options for care. The entire staff is wonderful and I have never any issues with scheduling.

    The Spine Institute
I saw Dr Bae twice. The first appt he as very encouraging and basically made it seem his artificial disc replacement was going to be perfect and I'd be playing basketball soon (I hate basketball, but, ok, I'm tall, you think I like it). I schedule surgery, but insurance denied me; so I go in for a second time to discuss an approvable disc. At this meeting, Dr Bae says no difference between the two discs essentially. That's fine, cause both these discs are essentially  the same design. What got me is the facet pain issue. At first he dismissed it but after pressing him, HE STARTED TO SAY that "we" can't treat the facets (that's right, apparently as a surgeon, he can't - there is no current reconstructive technology) at this time; but then he stopped midsentence (because that would sound bad), so he jswitched to saying that facet pain is an excuse for not being able to find the source of pain. So I did research and found that facets are very often a major source of pain in the spine. Surgery averted, facets being treated; even PRP or stem cells have Level II evidence of healing facets joints, not to mention prolotherapy to treat loose ligaments that cause joint degradation. Thank you, Dr Bae, for your slip of tongue :)
On another note, I overheard, during my wait in the room, someone who had an artificial disc put in his lower back that was having pain with rotation. After researching, I found that this is very common with the artificial discs currently approved in the US, because these discs don't limit rotation; they are free-wheeling. Ahhhh; that certainly scared me too :)

    Lalita Pandit MD
From the first appointment, Dr. Pandit and her staff show courtesy and professionalism. Dr. Pandit appears to be very hands-on with the patients even when doing IVs. Her staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I see her at her Irvine office. I would recommend her to anyone needing a hematologist.

    Jeremiah Tao MD
Dr. Tao was outstanding in every way. He was very professional, competent and friendly. He knew what the problem was and what to do immediately. He explained everything very well. The surgery went exceptionally smooth. There was virtually no pain after the first surgery, and only moderate pain for a very short time after the second. I never needed pain pills. I highly recommend him. - Jon Brown
