Dr. Dunne, the hygienists, and the front office staff are very friendly. I've had several cleanings and some other dental work performed. It all went well and seems to be quality work. My husband now comes here as well, and we plan to continue. The only difficulties I've had were related to billing, which resulted in frustration and time spent on my part trying to reconcile my insurance statements with what I actually paid. I paid the dental office at the time of each service, based on what the office received from my insurance provider as the estimate for my portion of the cost. The estimates turned out to be inaccurate, resulting in my overpaying. The dental office's biller/accounts person sorted it out cheerfully but it was enough of an aggravation that next time I have any dental work done beyond the standard cleaning, I'm going to wait to pay until my insurance company sends me its Explanation of Benefits. I was also billed for some xrays the dental office advised me were covered under my plan but were not (not enough time had passed since my last xrays at my former dentist). I was glad I caught the error. The dental office removed the charges without any hassle. I appreciated their responsiveness.

I think he's great. His office is great. The staff is very friendly. I waited for 15 minutes. The office is very clean and very nice. I thought he's very knowledgeable about dentistry and health. I paid right then and it was quick.

The staff and hygenists are always very friendly and thorough.  They also accomodate my hectic lifestyle to the best of their ability.  For example, this appointment was actually a rescheduled appointment, since I had an emergency and couldn't make the original appointment.
I like that this practice has email reminders, and they use a service that doesn't overwhelm your in-box.  You can choose to tell it that you don't need any more reminders for a particular appointment.
Dr. Spitzer is always very caring about possible pain levels during work, and uses a lot of rapid-set and UV light cured resins.

I've been going to Dr. Schinnerer for ages, and he's an excellent dentist. He has a patient and friendly demeanor, his staff is friendly and efficient, and I never have an issue getting appointments. His office is good about sending out reminders for cleanings, too.

I have been seeing her for about 6 years. She is very kind and patient, especially for people who have apprehension. She explains things thoroughly and presents several options for care. The entire staff is wonderful and I have never any issues with scheduling.

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of treatment provided by Dr. Ku and his staff.  The office personnel are friendly and professional.  They have always treated me as though I was of utmost importance and I never felt rushed or hurried out of the office.  The staff has always tried their best to accommodate my busy schedule.
Dr. Ku is very gentle and he laughs and jokes to ease my mind during treatment.  His dentistry has been gorgeous!!!  I can't stop smiling!!  Thanks Dr. Ku!
If you are looking for a dental office that will cater to your needs, listen to your dental requests, and do exceptional dentistry then this is the office for you.  Oh, and by the way, Dr. Ku is on staff at USC, so he is always up to date on the latest innovations in the field of dentistry.

He is honest. He cleans my teeth personally and does not have a hygienist. He does a really good job and does not use a machine though some dentists as well as the hygienists use it instead of doing it by hand. He actually scraps by hand. It is pretty hard but he really gets them off because he is strong. He does not mind scrapping. It is hard to get in there something.

After seeing numerous greedy dentists over 70 years (often with contradictory evaluations on the same set of X-rays), Yelp led me to the greatest--OC Plaza Dentistry (Dr. Michael K. Campbell and Dr. Elisa LoBue-Campbell). At a most reasonable price. I had them do two cavities and two crowns (made right there with their onsite lab). The husband/wife team with over 25 years of experience plus modern equipment and real expertise along with their additional super staff of seven were folks who genuinely liked people and took pride, care, and time in their work. I could not be happier!

Since I had a crown done (promising it was more long-lasting than a filling offered at half the price), it failed in less than 6 months and I was told I needed a root canal (and post) at the “discounted” price of $1446. After complaining it was finally reduced to half but I could not get an answer to whether additional treatment(s)/cost would be needed—only that the tooth could be “easily repaired.” What was most disappointing was the lack of responsibility and loss of friendliness/compassion. Their defensiveness included statements with phases like: “it could have gone either way,” “sometimes they’re too far…ah,” “something hard to judge,” “inherent risks in treatment” and “There are no guarantees with the human body.”

Also, only AFTER the first crown was done was I told I needed an additional crown (and two fillings); if I knew that and that crowns are not guaranteed, I could have had the two teeth pulled and replaced by a partial dental plate like the one that replaced my four upper teeth that worked out so beautifully and saved me thousands. Neither dentist would give a price on an extraction.

Finally, without going into details, the office staff while friendly seems to be used to shield their dentists from the financial and the more difficult communications side of the business, too often not following up on requests and promises.

On the scale of one to ten, one being poor and ten being good, they are a ten. The head dentist, Dr. Cross is very, very good. The dental hygienists and the other staff there are very good, personable and work very well. Their service reflects in my smile.

I ended up having a couple minor cavities, and they were able to fit me in immediately.  I was shocked because they seemed extremely busy that day too, so it was a nice surprise.  Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful.  The water-laser drill was great because I didn't have to use anesthesia, and it was completely painless.  I love the doctor too (Dr. Ayzin--- not sure if I'm spelling it correctly)!  Great bedside manner!  Also, they have a nice deal for people who don't have insurance :-)  The hygienist was very informative and sweet, and she told me everything she was doing to my teeth and why.  Overall, it was a great experience!
P.S. they have massage chairs as the chairs they use for teeth cleanings (not super powerful, but relaxing though)
