    I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s9+ from Best Buy in Sherman Oaks. My salesman was Eric Beltrani, and I was very lucky he was my salesman. I was trying to decide between the s9+ and the Note 8, and Eric was extremely patient in taking as much time as needed to give me a very detailed breakdown of the features of both phones, including how each compared to the other feature by feature. He did not pressure me at all, even offering to wait until the next day for me to talk to the store's Samsung rep. so that I could perhaps get even more insight into the phones before I made my choice. I made my choice after talking to the Samsung rep. When I returned again the next day(!) to get some help with some functions of the phone, he not only did so, but even offered to set some things up on my phone which I didn't even ask him to do. Eric truly is in the category of Excellent(+), and Best Buy is fortunate to have him as a sales representative. Kudos, Eric! Share review Write an update Edit review Remove review

    Not only did he do the work requested, he took it upon himself to repair a problem he saw with the existing wiring and didn't charge for it. That's amazing!

    My only complaint is when you dial 411 for information you get an automated system that does not always give you an option you need and I have to call back to get the charge subtracted from my bill.

    It's pretty good. It's a discounted price I get through where I work. I am now retired, but, the discount continues. If I ever wanted to upgrade, it would cost more. But, as long as I keep my plan, I'm in pretty good shape.

    I got it installed on March 31st and every day the service went out. They sent over a dozen of technicians because it continued to go out and I couldn't get a constant signal and I had bundled my TV, internet and phone. So when service went out I didn't have a phone, TV and the internet connection. I was really not happy about that. I kept calling them, and calling them and they kept sending out technicians and no one seemed able to resolve the issue. I was just not ready to cancel. Everyone that I dealt with were so helpful. They were very professional and very courteous. I never felt that I was getting a brush off or frustration because I was calling every day. They worked with me and finally last week whatever they did they got it working and I have the service. I am very pleased the way they handled my situation and I do now have a service that is on constantly. They gave me a credit for the month of April and a partial credit for May because I wasn't getting service on a regular basis so I appreciated that. I got quite a bit of savings. The technicians and customer service representatives were professional and very good at their job. I was very happy with the outcome. I would tell others they were continuing to willing to try and resolve the issue and they didn't give up on it. I appreciated that. I think they really redeemed themselves the way they handled everything. The cell phone is not a plan of the bundle. They were certainly more reasonable than what I was paying for 3 separate services.

    They provide good service. We have expensive phones so we don't really know how their pricing works. They have been helpful whenever we have questions on the different functional setups of the phones.
