    Both gentlemen were extremely nice and professional. They sent me a text when they were finished and got the work done faster than initially stated. PLUS Susan was able to rush order the glass and get it here early. Very very good customer service all around. Thank you!

    It went amazing. They fixed my BMW I needed a new hood, body work on my right front fender, a new radiator, radiator fan, tensioner pulley and something for my ac. They were so professional and did not try to tell me that I needed something that I did not. Being a woman it is hard to go to a mechanic shop and not have them try to take advantage and over charge you or tell you that you need all sorts of things that you do not need. Thank you some much Joe, Mike and my mechanic Daniel they were gentlmen

    Excellent! The only reason I rated Professionalism a "4" is that no one said "Good Morning" or "Thank You", this time. That was odd, because, with all previous visits the guys behind the counter are super friendly and smiling. I like smiling. I can go to a drive-in fast food and get smiling from ChikFLe and IN-n-Out. Or, go to Walmart and get a greeter. :-) I like their quick service and their clean facility is uniquely decorated. Totally recommend them. :-) I hope they stay in business a long time. Why else would a customer care to write a positive?

    I had just changed my battery so my internal diagnostics were not fully updated yet. I drove my car over the weekend and came back for my re-check. There was no additional charges other than the certificate, which I hadn't paid for yet. These guys have worked on my cars multiple times and I trust them tremendously.

    They are really honest and good. I would recommend them. They answer the phone and get back to you right away. They did everything in a timely fashion. They are polite, courteous, and professional. I would use them again.

    The quoted repair time was an hour to an hour and a half, but it took two and a half hours. They gave me a discount on it but they did not give it to me until I told them they were an hour overdue and needed to get finished up. Their communication could have been a little better. I think they were probably just behind and the guys in the shop were not communicating with the guys in the office. It was also over lunch time so they could have been short people. They should not have scheduled me for an 11:45 appointment if they knew people were going to be taking lunch. They should have had me come earlier or later.

    Drew and I made an appointment a couple of days out. We met at a mutually convenient time and place, he was on time, neat, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair took 20 minutes or so and the ding is barely visible. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

    They do a good job. Another auto service had put in some sort of a blind spot thing that totally messed up the car and they had to redo it because the car took about 5 or 6 times to push the start, it wouldn't start and the other company did everything wrong so Ed undid everything that the other company did. He had to come back again and had to fix some more and he didn't charge us anymore. He was good.

    complete rip off!  I came in because the engine light was coming on and the car failed a smog check.  They ran some test, told me what needed to be done, and replaced a bunch of stuff, costing me over $1,000.  A week later, the engine light came back on, and the car still failed the smog check.  I complained to them and never heard back.  Ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  They offered to let me bring my car back in and they would fix what needs to be done (presumably at my expense!), but they REFUSED to refund me any money for the work they had already done, which did not even fix the problem!

    I took it to the dealer and it was setting with attic and then the gas lean I needed to put added in them. It gets my check in to what was going on. If I cannot work it, it will cost me about $5000 to replace the head gasket. And the Auto Clinic was able to put in a sealant in the cooler system which was the problem and $800 instead. It has been working great.
