    Brown's Appliance Repair repaired our old Kenmore washer back in 2015. Jeff did such a great job then that I just called him back for a new issue (3.5 years later). Just like my last encounter with Jeff, he is professional, courteous, responsive, and very competitively priced. I'm fascinated by the appliance parts and how all the pieces work together, he was very patient in explaining everything and showing me why the parts needed to be replaced. (This round it was a timer and the bits on the agitator, both of which he had in stock so both issues were resolved same day!) Thank you, and happy new year!

    He replaced evaporator coil and when the refrigerator still did not cool, he put an external condenser coil on the compressor. Still no cooling. He stated that something else was wrong and there would be a $400 charge for finding out what was wrong I got another opinion re repairs and found that the compressor itself was now dead. This was replaced by the second company, but still cooling not right, but now a check by them revealed that the new evaporator coil was leaking by Freon leak tester. This, he said, was impossible and that's when I got the second opinion. The second company then replaced the coil (full charge for me) and the refrigerator then worked perfectly. I will try to get a refund from All Brand now

    Fantastic! Peter diagnosed my problem over the phone and recommended to purchase a new machine rather than doing a repair. I would hire him for all appliances from now for on. Honest repairman. Thank goodness you Peter.

    They were fast, prompt and did fixed the problem quickly. The work was subbed out to Jasco Appliance Services. Price was steep. The service fee for less than 1 hour of work was $175, and a simple belt cost $30. It seems costly to me, but they did the job.

    Good experience for a major remodel, got my dream kitchen. I will to give this contractor an A because the subs performed good quality work and Aviron (owner) was available and responsive. I would hire in a heartbeat the floor person (Brian), electrician (Patrick), and painter (Jose). I'd try to steal the finish carpenter (Greg)!! However, big, however, we had schedule issues that more than doubled the completion time. We had no penalty clause in our contract for missed dates and I wouldn't do that again. Best parts: well-defined contract with progress payments, limited number of change orders, always substantive changes no nickel and dime gauges, job site cleaned up every day and workers gone by 5pm, no weekend work. The contractor extended his professional discount in areas where it was of benefit to us (granite, tile). Do It Right's model of pricing their labor separately from material (flooring, appliances, etc.) which you choose and purchase, made sense to us because we could evaluate costs realistically. Down side: Schedule!! The work was originally planned for last year, start date was delayed from September to January at which time we pulled back until June 2016 because of our work schedule. Work started June 1 as promised, 60 day schedule, mostly completed by the end of September. Mid-October we are about to review our final punch list. I would not hesitate to hire Do It Right again and I'd manage the schedule more closely.

    The technician from Denny's appliance came to my home to fix my smokey washer. The smell was so horrible that I needed somebody fast. They did a fantastic job. They came equipped with the right parts and diagnostics tools. I had planned for them to work an entire day but it was completed after only half an hour.
    My washer is like new again, and I am glad to find a honest repairman. I am truly thankful that I found them, I even stuck their number on my fridge and I use them for my rental properties.
    It's rare to find honest people who fix stuff in general, and they are the exception. Thanks for being the bomb !

    It went great!  He was very professional, I called on a Monday and he was able to come to my house by the following morning at 9 am.  Very prompt.  Asked about my washer make and model so that he could have the fill valve part with him if it was needed.  He explained what he was doing as he went along, to see if the filters were clogged, BEFORE determining that the fill valve had failed.  He also helped me figure out where my water main shut off valve is, and re-leveled both my washer and dryer before leaving!  Very pleasant, and very professional.  Will call again, and would definitely refer to others.

    Otto accurately found the problem quickly and called to find the appropriate part, located it and had it sent to him.  When the part came in he fit us into his schedule for that day and came out to complete the repair.  The part was expensive- $455.  Still the total was cheaper than a new built in refrigerator/freezer.

    I have used this provider before to repair my Asko appliances (dishwasher and washing machine).  Though expensive, they have always done a very professional job.  Over Thanksgiving weekend, I tried using Angie's List's scheduling feature to schedule a service call for the following week.  I described the problem and gave them 3 possible dates.  I never heard a word back.  My husband called them the following week and they told him that they no longer service Asko appliances.  I would have appreciated a response to my email letting me know that.  It turned out that my husband was able to diagnose the problem himself without too much trouble and was able to have the repair done quite inexpensively.  I'm sure any competent appliance repair technician could have repaired it, they didn't need to be Asko certified.

    The service was great.  I know I could have bought a new one for not much more, but the old ones just plain work better.  Craig came out extremely promptly, assess the issue and had the new part ordered and installed within a couple of days.  He noted that the waterpump was weak and would need to be replaced soon.  Luck would have it, it failed that night.  He was out the next day with a new waterpump and didn't charge me labor...just his cost for the part plus he installed new belts at no charge...who does that?!
    He was great and would certainly use him again (hopefully not too soon).
