CJ was friendly and helpful during the consultation process and guided us to the best choice of turf for our needs. When it came to the work, Josh and his crew were pleasant, professional, and diligent. Extreme care and attention to detail were taken during every step of the installation process and the job was completed faster than anticipated. A number of pieces were needed to fit the curved shape of our backyard and I was amazed as I watched the seams disappear completely. We also opted for the Turf Edge and are very happy we did. AProScapes by RHC IncSearching for the perfect landscape company for our pool restoration, I settled on three different companies. Raul from Proscapes was my third interview and he immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish. As the other companies try to upsell us all kind of things, he stayed in tune with us and our vision as well as budget, the proposal included replastering the pool, install new tiles, remove a build in jaccuzi wall, install a new 5 step staircase on the side of our garage and replace all the end caps on our walls all around our property. After deciding to go with Proscape - BEST decision ever - we met Raul at a fabulous tile store and than moved on to a stone place in San Marcos so we could choose our tiles for the pool and new caps for our walls which after 50 years were in extrem need of replacement. Oh my - did I fall in love with a mermaid mosaic to be placed on the bottom of the pool, I had to have her! When we met Raul to go over his proposal, he accommodated us so we were able to make this mermaid part of our pool and stay within our budget! Signed the contract, port a potty got delivered and we started the project. He gave us a 10 week time line which he met. His whole crew, especially Angel and Raul 2, are doing a marvelous job and showed pride in their work. Marco who did the tile work too did a great job in installing everything. Punctually at 7am they were here and after they finished, they cleaned up their work area before leaving. I congratulate Raul on employing such dedicated, polite and experienced workers. We are soo happy with the end result and in a couple of month we will hire Proscapes again to renew part of our driveway. Thank you Team Raul for a wonderful job!!!!- christina l.

ASystem PaversI found system pavers through my Dad who had his driveway redone with paver stones and looked great. Due to their previous workmanship, I had them give a quote for my home. I had systems pavers do artificial turf in my front yard and paver stones in the back yard. They did a wonderful job. I got a fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. Alex Paez and his team onsite were able to bring my vision of my how I wanted my outdoor landscaping to light. they were responsive to my input and proactive in troubleshooting problems that always occur during these type of big renovations. AThey did a large patio for us and a front walkway and steps. They were very professional and worked with us to get the design we wanted. They were delayed to start due to some equipment breaking down and they were occasionally slow to respond to email, but not too bad. The patio and walkway look great and their recommendations on the pavers were perfect. I can recommend them to anyone in San Diego.

FThey scheduled a time to come by to give us an estimate. About an hour before the appointment they called and left a voice mail to confirm the appointment. They said "call back within 10-15 minutes to confirm, or we will have to reschedule". I called back within 8 minutes, but there was no answer. So I left a message that 2 pm is still on and I expect them to show up. I then immediately called Michael on his phone, who had originally called me and set the appointment. I told him what had happened and wanted to make sure Oscar was still going to show up at 2. He said ok and that he will check with Oscar. Then he calls me back 5 minutes later to say it is too late. Oscar cant come at the originally scheduled time since he is doing another job. It is ridiculous to call people and give them a 10 minute warning to confirm only an hour before the appointment, and to cancel when you made made an attempt to confirm and did in fact confirm. Yet get told they are not gonna make the scheduled time. Would not want to work with these guys. Not reliable; not dependable. They can't trust their customers to be on time; how can we trust them to be on time.

AI couldn't be more pleased. He was the only person that gave us a written quote and performed the job beyond what was expected. In fact we actually negotiated a slightly lower price that his initial quote, but because his crew went the extra mile and did things that were not on the quote we paid him the original quoted price. I highly recommend him.
