AA-Team Residential RemodelingA-Team Residential Remodeling recently completed our 8 month major home renovation including all three bathrooms, the kitchen, new LED lighting and electrical throughout, a new entertainment center, installation of all new duo-pane windows (54 of them), complimented by the final step, a superb exterior paint job. Most of the work was done by the exemplary A-Team RR workers, headed by Jeff Raleigh. And when Jeff subcontracted out (the electrical, plumbing, and decorative wood working for our all-new custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and a full-wall entertainment center) the companies and people Jeff referred us to were equally exemplary. In the interest of brevity, I’ll just use a few words and phrases that represent Jeff and his A-Team RR Team: Thorough, neat, respectful of our home and of us, careful, conscientious, fair, meticulously clean, prepared, diligent, customer-first approach. Also of note, A-Team RR minimized our inconvenience (in 8 months, we only had to vacate our home for three nights – each time for demolition), otherwise, they worked around us, and cleaned up perfectly at the end of each and every work day.- David P.

AECS Construction Inc.We hired Eric to do a full kitchen remodel as well as a whole house refresh/redesign with new flooring, lighting, paint, and decorative elements. We could not have made a better choice. It felt like he was remodeling his own house with the level of detail and attention he paid during the entire process. He communicated every day to update us on progress and schedule and any issues or questions that arose. He has a long standing relationship with all of his subcontractors, and pays meticulous attention to their work as well as his own. On the rare nights that we would have concerns over how certain work looked, by the time we could talk to Eric in the morning, he had already noticed it and was having it taken care of. When drainage issues prevented us from installing the downdraft system that I had my heart set on, Eric helped us come up with a solution that would allow for ample venting without having a huge range hood over our island. He even built a custom cabinet around the hood to allow it to blend seamlessly into our new cabinetry, resulting in a professional looking kitchen that turned out better than our original idea. As I said, he treated our house remodel as though it were his own, and his suggestions and painstaking detail allowed us to truly have the kitchen and home of our dreams. He set an aggressive timeline and was able to meet that deadline without sacrificing quality in any way. There was never a day (other than most weekends) that he and his crew were not working, and they were able to finish our project in 2.5 months. He also came in on budget with no surprises (other than the extras we sprung on him mid-project). The next phase in our remodel is a major renovation of our master bath, and I can’t imagine hiring anyone else.- Eva R.

ACOMPLETE BUILDERS INCWe've worked with many general contractors over the years and I can say without a doubt that Frank (CBI) is top of the line. Not only do they produce on-time, great quality work, but Frank has many of those qualities (trusting, friendly, hardworking, accountable, fair, understanding) that one hopes/wants their contractor to have. He will always do the right thing for his Clients and his employees have the same amount of pride in the work that they take on . I appreciate that he is always upfront with us, that he is willing to take the time to make us feel comfortable with the "project" and that he is just as passionate about the little projects as he is the bigger projects (who knows maybe he isn't but to us it sure seems that way:). Two final comments before I end this (hope you find it helpful) review: 1. I've always been interested in doing more of this type of work around our house and rental units we have. Recently, I've started to not use a contractor and do some things on my own. Well, call me surprised but even though he is not working on the project Frank is the first to give me tips, pointers and also tells me that I can call him with other questions. To me this shows how confident Frank is with his profession, the type of character that he embodies and why we repeatedly keep going back to him. 2. As it relates to estimating and cost, if we have an upcoming project there are two ways we proceed: - Contact Frank & hire him knowing that we will be very happy with the outcome. - Start by getting a few different contractor estimates - Contact Frank and hire him knowing that we will be very happy with the outcome. either go with Frank for a project (without getting any other estimate)s or we get a a''f other estimates as well. AI hired CBI in February 2020 to help transform an above garage studio into a one bedroom apartment. I could tell from my first meeting with Frank Megura the owner of CBI that he was professional, experienced, and would be able to assist me with what I was requesting. Frank and his team at CBI were able to implement the plans drawn up my architect to turn my ideas into reality. I was provided with a detailed estimate of the work I requested which allowed me the flexibility to make adjustments based on my budget. A detailed timeline was provided for the project which was helpful to allow for my budgeting of payments and planning for the stages of work and completion of the project. Margaret the office manager communicated with me frequently regarding the details of the contract, payments, and site visit times of the workers. Frank was more than happy to work in conjunction with my professional designer at my request. The work completed included framing, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Details of the work performed include: Transforming a water closet into a ¾ bath with the addition of a shower. The shower was built into a space that included installation of a shower pan, tile walls from floor to ceiling with a built in shower nook, installation of a rain shower head as well as a hand held sprayer, and installation of a frame less glass door. A medicine cabinet was installed over the existing sink. A wet bar was replaced with a full sink and faucet installed into a granite counter top over cabinet bases. The granite was installed intact without any breaks and a hole was drilled allowing for installation of a reverse osmosis water system. The end results was lots of cabinet space with a beautiful granite counter top, matching back splash, and a dual basin sink and faucet. Very functional and attractive. A bedroom with a closet was constructed to my specifications. It fit in nicely to this 450 sq. ft. studio. The bedroom included the installation of 2 entry doors, one on each side of the room as requested, and a 5 ft. closet was built in. Painting was performed with the requested paint brand and colors of my choosing. The electrical work included installation of a light over the bathroom sink, an exhaust fan and light near the shower, 2 recessed lights over the kitchen counter area, 4 recessed lights in the living area, and a ceiling mount light in the bedroom. 2 light switches were placed in the bedroom, one at each entryway. This was a great functional detail Frank suggested. Additionally electrical outlets were added where needed and replacement of old yellowed outlets and switch plate covers were completed. I would like to commend CBI for the professionalism of their workers. I especially would like to give praise to Noe who spent the most time on the project site. He communicated with me almost daily prior to the work that was to be completed. He is an excellent communicator not only in stating what was to be done but also listened to my ideas and implemented any special requests I had. He also provided me with insight and suggestions that improved the functionality of certain details I was requesting. I have already contacted Frank and his team at CBI to work on another remodel project on my home. I highly recommend Complete Builders Incorporated and have already recommended them to an interested party looking for a professional and reliable contractor.

ASo great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.
