    I called based upon the reviews both here and on yelp, specifically asking for Cezar, which meant I had to wait a long time for an appointment. Worth it. He was very thorough and tidy. And he taught me how to some maintenance better to prolong the life of my appliances. A dishonest person would have taken advantage of what I don't know. I would use him again, and highly recommend him.

    First, I called at least 10 other appliance repair companies including several on Angie's List and Budget was the first who would even come out to see the problem. They were prompt and fixed the hood into place. They were very courteous and professional. I would use them without hesitation next time.

    Appliance Rescue Service
    When you call 1-800-APPLIANCE also known as Appliance Rescue, you are sent whomever they contact as your repair person. Your repair person does not work for this company but is an independent contractor. When you call to talk about billing, you get switched to Accurate Bookkeeping Service. The repair person did a fine job. However, their pricing is out of the ball park to say the least. They do not charge by the hour, and their fees are exorbitant for the service they provide. We had one dryer light bulb and one door switch replaced which took all of maybe 20 minutes and cost under $50 for both and were charged over $200 for the call. Labor was billed at $169 which didn't match the suggested estimate given us. All in all, it was a total rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Premier Appliance Repair
    Very, very well. Daniel was very responsive to my initial call and subsequent calls and questions. They came out to check on the washer the day that I called. The technician (lovely young man!) spent quite a bit of time figuring out why the washer was leaking (it was difficult to get the front panel off because the screws were rusted). In the end, he gave a quote for repair and we figured that the repair cost versus purchasing a new machine suggested that the repair wasn't worth it. Our fee was simply the standard fee for diagnosing the problem. There was ABSOLUTELY no encouragement to purchase a washer from this company, but because the quality of the service was so good and the reviews on every website reflected high satisfaction (and rightfully so!), we went ahead and looked at the machines that they had available. The costs were far below what could be purchased from retail stores, even when sale prices were available. Daniel and his technician installed the new machine promptly and efficiently. I honestly can't say enough positive things about the genuineness and professionalism of this company. They don't need additional praise or stars, because they have already earned so many compliments. But because we are so pleased with how things turned out, they deserve the recognition. A+ And thank you!

    I texted Lance a video of the water pooling in my refrigerator. He called back, scheduled to come out, determined the problem, ordered the part and came back in 2 days to repair (it was not urgent - refrig was cooling just a fan was malfunctioning causing issues). I have used Lance for over 15 years on pretty much any appliance you can think of both in my home and for the properties I manage. He has just brought on a new guy - Rusty who did this job and was professional and knowledgeable. Totally honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced with prompt service. Highly recommend.

    This in not the first time I've used James. I find him to be personable and professional. Response time lagged a little bit on this call as he was in the middle of moving his office location, but it was a very minor thing and did not inconvenience me in any way.     Premier Appliance Repair
    I will never go to anyone else other than Dan and premier appliance for problems with my refrigerator, washer or dryer or any appliance. Dan looked at my 15 yr old sub zero fridge and gave me honest and technical advice. He couldn't finish the repair, but spent about an hour trying. In the end, he refused to accept payment. I would have gladly paid for the sound advice. Just a very rare blend of honest, hardworking, and competency that you normally don't see in today's world. Thanks Dan!

    Once we got the ball rolliing, it went great. The foreman arrived early to meet the crew. The crew arrived in two trucks, detached the old HVAC unit and waited for the crane. We were going to use our neighbor's driveway, but he renigged at the last moment. The city stepped in to check their credentials and licensing. Since the crane was going to be on city property, even though they were using our driveway, the fee was $210. Once everything was in place, the crane operator took 15 minutes from start to finish to remove the old unit and install the new unit. The crew remained here until everything was tested and they were certain everything was in tact. They cleaned up before leaving and we went through all of the vents and air ducts to make sure that everything was working properly. They followed up with a phone call a few days later. I hadn't used the system at that time, and they said to call them if needed.

    I booked an 8-10 AM Appointment and they called at 10 to say the tech would not be making it because he was caught up at another appointment. (The girl who I booked the appointment with said I was his first appointment.)
    We rescheduled for 3-5.  At 5:10 I called to see if he was going to show up.  The girl that answered the phone put me on hold because she was going to call the tech to see where he was.  I was on hold for 15 minutes and decided to hang up and call back.
    She then picked up the phone again and put me on hold.  After being disconnected, she called me back to tell me the technician was held up at another appointment and wouldn't be making it to my house today.  
    When I asked if I could get a discount on the call out fee of $59  for my waiting around my house for 4 hours she said "no, but we could discount the labor rate 10%".  I asked what the labor rate was and she said it is different for each job. (Meaning, they will likely mark up the labor rate 15% and then give me a 10% discount.)

    The serviceman was on the phone with the maker and had done all the things they suggested because he could not figure it out. Next thing I knew he was gone. I called him and he said the company would call me next week to set up another appt. So, I had to wait another week for him to come back. I really don't understand why he left in the first place. Then he figured it out and ordered the part.
