  • Ramon Scott was referred by a friend and the overall experience was excellent! I have hired him on two separate occasions to do Plumbing repairs, Electrical, and drywall work. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

  • He and his crew are very professional and make sure the job is done correctly. One of the ceiling fans I purchased had a glitch and Frank came back to replace the light kit I received from the manufacturer.

  • Horizon Construction did a complete master bath remodel for me . They did a great job and stayed on schedule . Their attention to detail and finish work was perfect . When there was a minor problem Horizon handled it without question . I would highly recommend and will use them for my next remodel needs David Sunde

  • The offer was $500 for 2 people which I thought was outstanding and shockingly low price. It really turned out that there was only one person doing electrical work, the other was disabled and sat in a chair making phone calls about the system I am using. The phone calls resulted in no real outcome. The sitting electrician told me that I needed a different hub but didn't find out exactly what I needed. But, I was not upset because 1 electrician for 8 hours work for $500 is reasonable. The did not finished the first day and came back a second day for a couple hours. Again one man worked for $200 which was fair. Problems: 1. On my eternal soul I swear they were told that the safely of my family was my biggest concern, but I also made it EXTREMELY clear they were to correct all the mistakes made by the previous Craig***** electrician as part of the scope of work. They did not make the 18 can lights flat with the drywall making it impossible to patch the drywall, so they have seriously delayed my renovation. Also, I'm guessing it will take about $250 in labor. 2. They did not repair anything except the safety issue when they were told to fix ALL the work the fake Craig**** electrician did. That means they did not level the 18 Skylight cans, which means the drywall is not put on hold and ruining my entire schedule. 2. The refrigerator was left unplugged, which my wife insists was plugged in and I had less certainty, but I believe it was also working. Anyway about 8 hours later when we went to make a late night dinner the food was all thawed and meat was dripping blood. The house inside was 80-90 degrees because a couple back yard windows and doors have not been installed. Initially they took responsibility, but upon arrival told up it was not on when the started. Two things made me doubt this first. It didn't stink and wasn't melted before they came. But I though it better not to argue and didn't want to take from a working man. I gave them the benefit of he doubt. I no longer believe them due to them lieing about the scope of work and claiming I hired them only to fix the safety issues. On my eternal soul I swear they were told that the safely of my family was my biggest concern, but I also made it EXTREMELY clear they were to correct all the mistakes made. Summary: They were paid $700 for one man working for 1 day and two hours, but we lost $250 to level the skylights before the drywall can be destroyed. Plus the loss of $250+ in food plus the inconvenience. Total real cost of $1200 for 10 hours of labor by one electrician. They did not do $120 an hour worth of work. I rate their pricing as a C. While being in hold the disabled owner Bruce Lord was unable to do any work. He simply waited on hold while anyone else would have put it on speaker phone and done work I was told there would be two workers for $500. If both electricians worked they could have done the entire job as we discussed. I was too trusting. I assumed anyone on Angie's list would do a great job. This being their first review and having a D rating virtually guarantees the will get no more work off this web site. I did call him to find a resolution, but he just lied about the scope of work. Bruce Ward, does not care about repeat business, because I even ask for a bid on the rest of the project, but when I called him after 10 days he said he hadn't done it yet and he would get to it later.

  • The Volt Tech team provided great service. They alerted me that they were on their way. They walked me through the process of installation and discussed options for some additional work that we are considering in the future. I highly recommend their services.

  • Ramon Scott was very professional, on time and had a positive attitude! He got the work done in the timeframe he gave me and the work is beautiful! • We hired California Construction Center to remodel our guest bathroom. Before the work started we talked to Nir a couple of times. He explained everything, showed us pictures and samples and made suggestions when needed. The workers that showed up each day were always on time, very respectful towards me, very professional and answered all my questions (if they didn't know they' d call their boss) and they cleaned up every night before they left. Besides that, they did excellent work. Nir was always available via text or phone calls and he came often to check on progress and to address our concerns. The timeline he gave me, by when the job would be completed, was right on. This was a good experience and I ended up with a beautiful guest bathroom. I would hire California Construction Center again.

  • My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Frankie Contruction on our house renovation.  Frankie and  his team perform great work while providing innovative ideas along the way.  They provide quality work that looks great.  Throughout the course of the renovation Frankie was professional.  He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.  Our renovation was done with care and precision.  He and his team are extremely clean and tidy in the workplace.  They never left the worksite in disarray.  Once the construction process was completed, Frankie followed back with us to make sure were happy with the final outcome.  When we presented him with a concern, Frankie quickly addressed  these issues in a timely manner.  We love the outcome of our renovation.   It was a great pleasure working with Frankie Construction and we highly recommend him as a general contractor for any of your projects.  Frankie and his team were wonderful throughout the project, they do amazing work,  and have become a part of our family.  We love these guys!!

  • Frankie and his crew did an AMAZING job! We love all the new upgrades! He quoted us a fair price for all of the work and they completed the jobs in a timely manner. Frankie and his crew are all very professional and easy to get along with. Frankie has a great eye for design. He designed the built-in cabinets for our entertainment center and they look BEAUTIFUL! I've already referred Frankie to two of my friends. We have our next project in mind! Frankie and his crew will be our go-to guys for all of our home improvement needs!

  • A hassle from the beginning. After reading his contract, discovered he was not a fully licensed electrician and his advertised price before the Angie's list discount is in violation of his license. Not very knowledgeable and did not communicate properly regarding needed materials prior to arrival. Even though I asked. I was misled regarding materials and he waisted nearly 3 hours to purchase additional materials. Then refused to provide a receipt for the materials and demanded an additional $75 on the spot. Ultimately gave him money just to leave my house. Took nearly 2 months for him to complete job. I now have to compete the job myself by repositioning, replacing, and completing adjustments to meet the illumination goals I started with.
