Such a great experience. Don answered all my questions and installation occurred very quickly after order was placed. Fence also came with an amazing warranty. So worth the price and I know I'll be enjoying my new privacy fence for many years.

Awesome! My neighbor thought the fence was on his side of the property, well it turns out that his fence was on my side of the property. Roger was able to show my neighbor the actual property line and everyone is happy!

    If We Cant, We Won't...
Fantastic other places wanted a lot of money to repair fence it wasn't a lot but was on a hard slop so I couldn't reach it. It was a little difficult to arrange time but that was primarily on my end with schedule. He is what he says he was able to shore up the fence but he told me I needed a professional to put down posts and replace which is fine as I understood that as the fence is shared and I would need to split cost. I added the before pictures as an example of what I am talking about. He was able to help me lay down some much needed mulch on the slope in 95 degree weather. I will have him out for other tasks around the house that I can't do. It is nice to have an honest answer the name says it all if he can't he won't.

    VALLEY CITIES GONZALES FENCE
fairly well however there was some miscommunication on how certain parts of the fence should meet. It was not really correctable without rebuilding certain parts however overall it was not a bad look so we just kept it.

The salesperson provided a verbal & preliminary written quote and stated he would get back to me with the formal quote. I waited 10 days without contact. I called and was finally emailed a quoted 35% higher than original quote. The salesperson stated, I did not change the price, administration did. When asked for additional clarification, none was provided. I countered the quote, and once again, no response for 2 weeks. I sent an email to their main page email address explaining the chain of events. I received an email stating the sales person will be made aware of how unhappy I was, but was still not offered an explanation of the significant increase in cost. I again asked if they would accept my counter and the only reply I received was a request to not post a negative review because it would ultimately hurt their employees. I do not know if the core issue was a poorly trained sales person or this company uses bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware,

I worked with Bob who was attentive, professional, helpful and thorough.   There was an issue with a slope wall which needed to be adjusted so that it couldn't be jumped and would pass pool inspector's safety code, and Bob caught it and brought up a solution that the other companies we'd sought estimates with did not.  They created a custom solution that looks quite classy.

When there was a question as to whether we could save cost with an alternate solution for a chain link section, Bob looked into it, and called around to find honest answers, even though that would mean less profit for them.

They communicated what part of the yard would be done on which day so that we could easily coordinate with our neighbors to have the pets inside on those days, and they kept to the discussed schedule.  At the conclusion, the installers drilled holes outside on the drive to allow the gate to lock in the open position and even made a tall pipe post so that the gate side that opened onto a hill could remain locked open when we needed it to without our having to hold it.

Although they did glue the post tops on even though we'd told them that we'd be ordering the solar lights for each post top,  when I caught that, the workers went post by post to undo the tops with a good attitude, so that we could still put the new upgraded solar post tops on.

We're getting compliments on our fencing and are very pleased.

    TODD'S FENCING
He was transparent and sincere.  He discussed our project but let us know that as he was out of our area he would have to add a travel charge for the work done on the job.  Perhaps this is added behind the scenes with other companies but I appreciated being told up front.  There are other companies more local, so we chose on of them.

We got estimates from 5 fencing companies and this was the only one where we had these issues.  It took multiple days just to get a call back from the sales guy that the office referred us to, and then when we tried to return his call there were two days of his having a full mailbox on his phone so that we couldn't leave a message.  When we finally got ahold of him we waited longer for an appointment, only to have him call shortly before the appointment on the day of the appointment, to cancel the appointment and offer a phone estimate instead.  All this, after we delayed making a decision on our fencing until we got them, our last estimate.  It was a waste of our time.  The person at their main office who you get when you first call in was lovely, but that doesn't do any good in the end if their sales guy is overwhelmed and unable to keep his appointments.  The sales guy seemed knowledgeable, but again, that doesn't do anyone any good if it takes weeks to get an appointment with him and serious phone tag to do it, or if he isn't able to keep his appointments.  Hopefully, they'll hire more sales people so that others don't have to go through this.

    Good Neighbors Fence
Karen arrived on time and was personable and knowledgeable.  She walked the property line, took measurements, and spent time listening carefully to all of our concerns and answering our questions.  She brought samples of the vinyl that they use with her and provided a brochure and warrantee information.  Her estimate arrived complete and exactly when she said to expect it.

They had a specialist come out to my home first to pick out the type of fence I was looking for. They really listened to to me and really cared about what I was wanting. They stayed within my budget too! They helped us out every step of the way!
