Background I currently work full-time locally in Corona as a locksmith, real estate paralegal, Notary Public & Certified Loan Signing Agent, and a registered process server for a real estate investment company. We take possession, upgrade/repair and sell between 750 to 1,000 homes a year. I recently started Birozy Locksmithing to provide residential locksmithing services on a part-time basis while continuing to work full-time in the same field of work. I have an active CA Locksmith License (#LOC 12642). I possess a City of Corona Business License (#648027), and a State of California Seller’s Permit (#7/15/2010 SR EH 101-625851). I am a Registered Locksmith with the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA). ALOA is the top rated, and only national certifying locksmith organization. Please feel free to check my status at www.aloa.org. In addition, I am a member of the California Locksmiths Association, and the International Association of Investigative Locksmiths. A Locksmith License does not require any level of training; but ALOA does. I have 310 hours of formal locksmith education; in addition to working on thousands of homes. Other formal education includes an AA degree, a BA degree, and a JD degree. I have continued my education and I am currently working on an AS degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have an extensive background understanding the criminal element and how thefts occur and are deterred. I developed this background during my 24 year career in law enforcement. I retired in 2010 after 10 years as a Police Lieutenant. I also continue my education with dozens of top rated compendiums, books, DVD’s and publications on the locksmithing field. you can find me on the Better Business Bureau site (www.labbb.org), and I expect to be a member of the Corona Chamber of Commerce in the near future. Services & Pricing I specialize in residential services; ranging from basic rekeying, masterkeying, repairs, installations, to property management & landlord needs (including evictions, Sheriff Lockouts, disposition of remaining property, etc.). My business is strictly mobile. Since I specialize in residential services and I am the sole owner/employee, I have very little overhead costs; and these savings are passed along to my clients. Whenever possible, I avoid hourly rates. I believe hourly rates create stress for clients as time passes, and I believe it can cause a locksmith to work quicker than he/she should, which can lead to mistakes being made and shortcuts being taken. I believe we all have a duty to serve others. In that vein, I can make payment arraignments, barter services, etc., to ensure everybody has access to the professional and quality locksmith services they need to keep their homes and families safe. I offer weekend and evening hours at no extra cost. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.
