1/24/14 On the garage door,he didn't like the results of the first stain and it
was done over at no added cost. We were very pleased with the results.
We will use him again in the future.

He said the new rood would be ?bullet-proof.? After the first small rain and the roof leaked along the patio seam and into my bedroom, I called him and said the roof maybe bullet-proof, but it wasn?t waterproof. He reluctantly came and applied some black material which did not fix the leaks. The next rain which was a bit stronger, the roof continued to leak and again I called and he came and applied black material to the same areas but said it wasn?t the roof but the windows that were leaking. Strangely enough, as the rain continued a little stronger, the leaks in the windows almost stopped after he repaired corner holes I point out to him. The rain later caused leaking into my furnace downstairs which poured through the furnace and onto the floor. I had to replace it at a cost of $4,000.00. I called him and he said he didn?t have any money ? I was on my own. What good is a guarantee if he doesn?t resolve issues like this that shouldn?t happen in the first place?

There are other issues as well with the patio cover that drips sap because it wasn?t painted prior to construction and the patio floor that still bubbles after he applied a material that he later admitted was ?crap.?

I do not have peace of mind with the roof at all. I dread what the next rain may bring.

I feel that his ?20 year guarantee) entitles me to an independent roof inspection/repair and at least partial compensation for the furnace replacement?. I am very unhappy.

We were satisfied with the house painting.  The proposal was well written and comprehensive.  The cost was not the lowest nor the highest of the bids we received; we felt the proposal set out in detail was was to be done.  The crew with Raul worked hard to get the job done in about a week or so.  There were a couple of hiccups, but Pat Wade did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied.

Sheldon arrived on time to our home and explained all that he would be doing before he began replacing the gutters on the exterior of our home. He explained the materials he was using and helped us decide on the color choice for painting our gutters. He worked meticulously and thoroughly to complete the job. Sheldon is a perfectionist which we truly appreciate as we want our home to look its best while using the best quality products at a reasonable price. He completed the job in a matter of a few days.
Sheldon also resolved a leak issue we were having in the kitchen and redid part of the wall that had suffered from leak damage. We no longer have any leak issues in the kitchen, thanks to Sheldon.
As for the other services he provided, our nursey bedroom looks wonderful. We couldn't be happier. He was able to paint, install light fixtures and curtains in one day.
Our shower in the master bedroom would leak water from one side because the glass door did not come in full contact with the tiled wall. As a result water was leaking through and running down to the floor. As a result the inside of the wall was suffering from water damage and our carpet was becoming discolored by the bathroom door. Sheldon was able to resolve this issue by using material to eliminate the space between the shower door and the wall. He also removed the water damage in the wall and drywalled the wall and repainted it when finished. We no longer have any issues with our shower too.
We are extremely happy with his work and would recommend him to friends in the future.

His crew seemed really good, I just ended up not going with him because I already had a construction company that I was using. They seemed like a very professional outfit, they were licensed and from what I could tell their work looked really good! Julio is very personalable and always returns calls/emails and that's important!

    George Parks Roofing & Painting
Met owners son initially and then George: both cordial and professional.  Because I had refinished these doors previously, I considered the bid of $1800.00 a wee-bit high, although not out of range.  George and his crew appreciated the important task of matching the stain color of the doors (the interior sides were not reworked)   After sanding, the crew took excellent time and staining passes to get the color correct. The doors were then clear-coated twice.  The crew took good precautions to protect the glass surfaces during sanding.  All in all, an excellent job that took two days.
My doors are looking good (and protected) and I won't have to call George again for two years.

Sheldon is wonderful to work with. I have used him before in the past for interior painting jobs, and this time he provided additional services for us and did not disappoint. He is punctual and very professional. He came to my home to work on our entryway, which required painting, reworking of the electrical outlets, dismantling a chandelier and fixing the ceiling with drywall. He did an excellent job and provided affordable pricing. I am so happy with our entryway. Initially we only had one outlet and he rewired and added the electrical circuit so that we could have two outlets. We also had an outdated chandelier in our entryway that we wanted removed. He removed the chandelier and restored the ceiling so that it looked like the chandelier had never been there. He made helpful recommendations as to the kind fo paint we should use and other useful tips. We will definitely use him again for future remodeling and additions to our home.

    Michael's Valley Plumbing
I would highly recommend Michael's Plumbing for anyone needing a plumber. Very professional from the first phone call to shcedule a technician to completion. Joe performed the work and treated the job as if it were his own home. in addition to doing a great job, they were 1/3 less expensive than the estimate I got another plumbing Company (Garrett' Plumbing).

Great work, Great price and great people!

    Antonio's Painting
They did a great job overall, they showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do and were very professional. They didn't break or destroy anything, even the landscaping was not damaged at all. They worked very quickly, yet did a very high quality job. They had the outside done in 5 days, and the 3 rooms on the inside they did in one day. I've been through house painting in the past that took 3 weeks and resulted in many lost or damaged fixtures. I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. They did say their price was low right now because work is slow Nov - Jan. I had two other quotes that were much higher.
