    Babak Edraki MD
I was terrified that I had cancer. I went to his office for my appointment and had to wait over 2 hours to see this man. Unacceptable! He was so overbooked it was ridiculous. When I asked the office staff if this kind of wait was normal, they said that it was. I ended up needing surgery for what I thought was ovarian cancer. I signed my consents for a hysterectomy thinking this might save my life. It ended up that I didn't have cancer (thankfully) but this man did the total hysterectomy anyway. Unbelievable! He acted like he did me a favor. My incision is so awful, anyone who sees it can't believe the ugly scar. Dr Edraki has a god complex. He doesn't care about his patients at all in my opinion. If he did, he would've make people who think they have cancer wait an eternity to see him and he would mutilate them as he did me. The best part is that I am a nurse who works at the hospital he practices out of. The nurses can't stand him there and he is a total jerk. Every time I hear his name, I cringe. Steer clear of this doctor unless you want to be gutted like a fish.

Our doctor just moved to a brand new building or the building that they remodel and they just switch to electronic charting so their kind of in a little bit transition period right now but I'm sure once they get all into their system that would be goes smoothly. It is a computer system that when you come in all of your information is in the computer, they don't really have a chart. That's the whole computer system that they have to get in and the employees to be educated with, I guessed.

We like them very much. We like the care we get and the convenience. We like the advice nurse's availability and we like the fact that we get our lab reports, we get an e-mail that says our lab reports are available. We can e-mail our doctors and get a reply sometimes same day but I think they promise within 48 hours and I don't know that we've ever had to wait that long to get a response unless they are on vacation. We can change doctors easily if we're unhappy. In all of my years there and I've been a member for 30 some years and I was unhappy with my doctor once and I could have changed earlier and didn't but it wasn't drastic. It turned out he retired and I didn't have to change.

I've been using them for 30 years. They are very good. We can walk in at any hour of the day and we will get medical treatment. I never see a bill because my former employer pays them and I am retired.

I like it because it's one campus and they are very efficient. They don't waste money and it's affordable. You can get in and out. Everything is on the computer. Every doctor knows your whole record history at a glance. We are not satisfied with another company and all of the rest, we've been through them all. They are inefficient and they deny. It's a big battle to get reimbursement.

I am very pleased with them. They have changed a lot over the years. now they are prompt in getting appointments, you can talk to a doctor right away, and the wait times are much improved. They have really stepped up their program. They are spot on when you need to be referred to a specialist.

There was rarely any difficulty getting a timely appointment but appointment were routinely "overbooked". That is to say more than one patient would be scheduled for the same time.
When calling to make an appointment I was often on hold for long periods.
On more than one occasion I phoned the office and was put on hold for so long that I was able to get into my car (cell phone in hand), drive to the office, present myself at the receptionist window & make an appointment in person before my call was answered!

My reasons for seeking medical care were minimized or discounted, if not dismissed all together. The impression I had was that these practitioners were very busy and had much more urgent concerns. As a health care provider myself, I found this attitude frustrating and condescending. Furthermore, I felt judged to be drug seeking, looking to obtain a doctors note for work or simply an anxiety ridden neurotic. It was as though I needed to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there was a health concern worthy of their attention. To say I found it irritating, that surprise was expressed when the evidence of illness was found to be legitimate, would be an understatement.

I received a lot of testing while in their care but very little effective treatment. When this realization struck me, I found another Primary Care Provider.

This doctor is one of the few doctors in this area accepting new patients so I like her practice because of that. She only books out a week at a time because of her surgeries so you can always manage to get an appointment.

Everything is great with Kaiser. I was priced out of my previous provider and the day I called Kaiser I got an appointment with a new doctor that transferred my meds, gave me a physical, and took care of that all in the same visit. That is exactly what I wanted. The staff has been very friendly. The effectiveness of treatment has been great.

This doctor refused to help me.  I came in with a written list of concerns; his response was to tell me "he didn't like my vibe" and then kicked me out of his office.  I can't really say whether he is a good doctor or not, because I wasn't given the opportunity to actually find out.  All in all, it was an awful experience.
