    Dorelle was professional and friendly.  She helped me to determine the components I need.  When I told her the ADT sign was damaged after the system was installed, she brought me 2 new signs. 
    The installer, Kyle, arrived early and did a good job explaining the system and how to operate it.  When one of the motion sensor was not working properly, CSP sent a technician to replace the faulty sensor the next day.

    Everything went smoothly.  I was able to check in daily re the progress and was very satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship by all involved in this small remodel in condominium.  Project took a little over one week to complete, due to some requirements insisted upon by inspector from city. Would not hesitate to use them again.

    Took some time to help me understand that their equipment was not capable on the AT&T service. This is a common item, and either Bay Alarms is just catching up, or they do not have a solution yet.
    Wireless unit is in the garage, clean installation.
    Installation was fine. Time to complete was about an hour.

    Frontpoint Customer Service was a very good experience. I purchased the Angies' List package deal, but I worked with the agent to make sure that I only received the devices that I needed. He was very good in walking me through the whole price calculation & recommending items that I needed & that I didn't need. 
    Once the system arrived, it was easy to install. I called & activated the system.
    However, one of their Glass Breakers didn't work. we tried to fix it over the phone, and I tried numerous suggestions offered over the phone for about 20-25 mins, still didn't work. My Garage Door Sensor also didn't work, due to the fact that it was behind a metal gate. Also, the sticky pads were not that sticky, especially for the Motion Sensors on the wall. I still have one of the Motion Sensors.. that keeps falling on the ground.
    I did receive the new Glass Break Sensor & a few sticky pads for the Garage & Motion Sensors. They all worked, in the sense that they were all recognized by the system. My system is up & running now.
    however, the only issue I have is the sticky pads, that keep falling. I am going to try using new sticky pads, and hope that they will work.
    Overall: Good Customer Service, but I wish their product itself, especially their sticky pads were a bit stickier.

    Hired David Barnes to install a simple security system and a doorbell during my small office building remodel project.  I always try to add pros and cons to my reviews but frankly, I can't think of a single positive experience working with him.  After 6 weeks of follow-up preceding the security system install, the system was finally fully functional.    The doorbell never worked correctly but I paid him based on his verbal claim that it was finally working.  I had to fix that problem myself.  Communication was poor, follow-up poor, and on top of that, his defensive attitude just made me regret the day I signed the contract.  I would not hire this guy again even if he offered to work for free.

    First Sales appointment was prompt and very informational.
    Bay Alarm sales representative was great, helpful and professional.
    A little wait for installation date ,due to busy appointment back-up.
    I was placed on a possible cancelation list and got called early for install time and date. ( one week ahead of original appointment)
    Service man was prompt, polite and very informative.

    Ben is fabulous! 

    He did exactly what he said he would do -- called me when he said he would, emailed me pictures of the results, showed up when he was supposed to.

    He also managed to figure out how to install the bars without instructions, which was a little tricky because of the release mechanism.

    Original review above.  Since then Ben has done a couple other jobs for me (repair fence and replace planter box and installed a window shade).  While I like Ben and his company a lot, I should note that a couple times I've had some less than A+ experiences.   For example, once an appointment that we made was completely forgotten. Another time, the guy he sent went to the wrong place and the fence repairs eventually made actually blew down in the next windstorm.  Of course they repaired the fence again.  On the next job (planter box replacement), he did a great job, but did not confirm for me until I asked like 3 weeks later whether the job was done, so I was left wondering if the work got done.  Overall a good company.
