ASOD Home GroupWe just finished remodeling our home with SOD Home Group, and we are thrilled with this Company. Oren and Eden from SOD Home Group were the ones we signed our contract with, and they are the ones that supervised the entire remodeling project. Eden did an amazing work, and she gave us the perfect design while Oren did a great supervision on the daily remodeling job. During the remodeling Oren was at our house almost every day to manage the teams. They cleaned our home every day, and the timing was great. Very professional and knowledgeable company. ASOD Home GroupAll the people from SOD Home Group that worked at our house, were very professional, reliable people, hard-working and honest. More then that, they also made sure to wear masks all day long and to keep distance from each other. SOD Home Group is a truly quality company. We set up a date, talked about different gutters & covering & my issue with the gutters near my salt water pool. Ron suggested copper for the backyard. The price was very reasonable. His team was very professional, courtesy, wore protection & fast. I'm very happy with my new gutters. He was the only one from Angie's list to respond with a reasonable amount of time. AGVD RenovationsMy wife and I decided to fix the siding, soffit, windows and gutters of our home before our first child was born. Honestly, my wife and i knew nothing about sidings, window brands or contracting before this. So we took our time and did our research. We got contacted multiple recommended contractors from on Angie's List. GVD responded immediately and we setup an appointment with Andy. Andy was helpful in answering our many questions. During the whole decision process, Andy stayed in contact constantly, answering alot more questions we had about their process, pricing and products. In the end we chose GVD as they surprising price matched one of the other bids we got. The project was slated to take around 2-3 weeks starting in beginning of July which was perfect timing as our baby was due around 7 weeks from the time they were to start. Alex and his team were very professional and made sure to wear face masks when inside the house and clean up the site at the end of the day. Special thanks to Vitale(?) who helped complete a lot of the tiny details my wife pointed out. Unfortunately, the wrong sized sliding door was ordered and the Alside factory at the time was operating at 60% due to COVID-19 so it would take a couple weeks for a new slider to be made. This pushed the project to be completed after our son was born. The one negative from our experience was the Alside products. Although all windows and sliding doors were installed professionally, we had issues with the product themselves. We choose to do a black exterior and white interior for the window finish. Unfortunately we did not know that you could see the black exterior from the inside, which looks somewhat odd to us. The black finish was also not done very well as it overlapped in some of the white finish (I was able to clean this off myself with some work). Another thing was the Alside Mezzo windows had issues with the seals that held the window panes in place. The seals were not entirely cut to size and alot of them were cut short and were loose because of it. The sliding door screen also has an issue locking when trying to close. I am not sure if this is just the quality of the Alside product (we were debating about buying Anderson 100s but were convinced otherwise by Andy) or if the COVID-19 situation reduced the quality of the product by Alside at the factory level. Either way, this was not Vlad and his team's fault and they did their best in trying to resolve some of these issues. Overall, the siding, soffit and gutters were installed professionally and look great! If we had to do it again, we would probably choose a different Alside product or different brand (Anderson) for the windows and sliding door replacement. AWe were so pleased with the remodeling job that David, and his team did on our home addition. Over only 5 months, the team built an absolutely beautiful, windowed family room and powder room first-floor addition with a spacious, light-filled basement bedroom underneath. Although not the least expensive option out there, we were glad we chose them for the quality of the design and construction, as well as the customer service experience we received. Throughout the duration of our project we received thoughtful, timely written and in-person updates. As issues arose (and, really, only minor issues came up), they were dealt with quickly, professionally, and within budget. We felt comfortable with all team members that were onsite, and were able to live through a major renovation with relatively minimal disruption to our everyday lives. The project wrapped up ahead of time, on budget, and better than we expected - what else can we ask for? We highly recommend CASE and would certainly go back to them for any future projects that come up.

AWe completed a full master bathroom plus master closet remodel with Brother & Brother Builders in March 2020. Ido, the project manager, and the crew, Ricardo and Ismael, performed excellent work at transforming our bathroom from an awkward and dated 1960s layout to a modern, beautiful masterpiece. Selection Process: We interviewed eight contractors for our master bathroom remodel. We chose Brother & Brother Builders for a variety of reasons. Ido, the project manager, spent a reasonable amount of time with us to understand the scope of the project, including asking questions and offering new insights to challenges. He provided us with a quote of the project cost before even leaving our house. The written quote included an appropriate level of detail about what the project would entail. The price seemed reasonable compared to the other quotes we had received. We felt comfortable talking with Ido. He was not overly pushy to close the sale. Brother & Brother followed up on multiple occasions regarding our interest in pursuing the work further. Before/Design Process: This is our first home and our first major remodel. We were, understandably, nervous. Brother & Brother provided design service through one of their project managers, Roi. Roi provided some valuable suggestions to the design process when he came to our home. He provided nice 3-D images of what our remodeled space might look like. As we were still unsure as to colors/styles/etc., the images gave us a good idea of what the finished layout would be, if not much about how it would actually look when it was done. In retrospect, we would have benefited from hiring an interior designer to help us walk through the process of style/color/tile selection. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to decide colors and styles. Hiring a trained designer would have saved time and stress overall. Construction: The renovation, from start to finish, was seven weeks, not including installation of the shower glass enclosure. The last two weeks of the renovation were during the first two weeks of the COVID-19 shelter in place restrictions. The initial timeline was 5-6 weeks. With consideration of the COVID epidemic, we were very pleased that the project was completed so close to the initial timeline. We communicated with Ido nearly every day via Whats App. He came to the house only a few times during the process -- mainly during inspections or to collect payment -- but, he was available via Whats App at any time. Ido provided valuable help finding us a vanity and countertop through his contacts. He provided some excellent suggestions at going with a more streamlined look that we are glad for now. He also provided encouragement and pushed us toward making decisions in a timely manner, all of which was needed and appreciated. We enjoyed working with him throughout the whole process. Ricardo and Ismael, the on-site crew, were wonderful to work with. Every day, they cleaned up the bathroom/bedroom work area, as well as their work areas on the side of the house. There was very little extra to clean up when the renovation was complete. They were extremely respectful in their interactions with our family, as well as being in our home every day. Ricardo, the lead contractor, checked in with us every step of the way to confirm what we wanted and needed. Ricardo had a great attitude throughout the entire process -- positive and willing to make changes or go above and beyond. At one point, he realized that we might need to order more tile for the shower wall, which would have been challenging regardless of the global pandemic, but even more challenging with it. He managed to find enough pieces in the remnant tile to complete the entire shower and no one would be the wiser looking at it -- a puzzle masterpiece. Completion: We are extremely happy with the finished product! We feel that the overall quality of the work is excellent. We highly recommend Brother & Brother Builders and would hire them again.

ADavid Laredo, the owner, arrived on time for the estimate, explained our options, recommended colors that would go well with our house, then gave us a very competitive quote (one of four gutter installers we talked with). Scheduling worked out well, even though we had to delay the installation by two days because of a previous issue on our side. Three-man team showed up early the first day, quickly took down the old gutters, and started on the new. They were careful to avoid stepping on our new plants, cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished the work on time, as promised.
