AMinted MaidsIt went well. They even moved the toaster and cleaned behind the refrigerator, I forgot all about those places. When we did the “walk-through” at the end, I was told that they even disinfected all of the doorhandles, light switches and heavy “hand-traffic” areas in my home. That made me feel sanitary and protected for some reason. I definitely recommend them, they were so thorough. PS, did I mention the booties, they actually wore booties. What are they doctors or something... yes, Minted Maids are home cleaning doctors! ...so good.- Bryon L.

AMinted MaidsThis service was fabulous! After my moving date was abruptly moved up unexpectedly, I needed QUICK yet affordable assistance with a move out cleaning. Minted Maids was super fast to respond to my inquiries, and provided surprisingly reasonable and competitive rates (especially given my short timeline). They arrived on time and were extremely professional and thorough! The place was absolutely spotless when they left, and you’d never be able to tell that small children and their trusted canine companion had run a muck on the premises For the past few years. My only regret is that I’m moving out of the area and can’t engage them for regular continued services! Would absolutely use again, and would not hesitate to recommend. ARobbie's Carpet CareThe entire experience with Robbie was one I would happily repeat on an semi-annual or annual basis. His use of environmentally safe, kid-and pet-friendly detergents with a lower-water-using “dry” machine (that is remarkably quiet in comparison to most units other professionals use) with a minimal footprint was perfect for our office, and the whole process resulted in less disturbance than the noise produced by folks at local bars restaurants across the river! Because Robbie uses a “dry” machine, the rugs felt only slightly damp when he was finished, and with our windows open, they’re already starting to feel even less so. I didn’t quite believe him when he estimated 2-3 hours drying time, but I’ll be darned — he’s probably right!!! And aside from the fantastic job Robbie did of getting every single stain out — even the small ones at the very edges of our rugs — Robbie himself is a consummate professional with warmth and good humor, and he makes refreshingly economical use of everyone’s time, space, and resources. So how did it go? I’m pleased to say that I think we’ve found our go-to carpet cleaner. His fantastic service and affordable prices can’t be beat! I would recommend Robbie’s services to anyone with great enthusiasm and without any reservation whatsoever.- Frederic C.

AGOODWIN CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANERSI have a two-bedroom apartment with cream-colored carpets. They show every little thing and I have them cleaned regularly. Jeff Goodwin uses steam cleaning and it does not harm the carpet fibers. The result is beautiful. In the end, it is also pet and kid safe. Best of all, he’s completely reliable. I wanted him to clean an older carpet and he warned me against it and recommended another approach. Honest, thorough, knows his stuff and works hard. The results are great.- Elizabeth C.

CI have a single story home with 120 feet of gutters. So it's not a big job. The price you told me was $150.00. He started with blowing all the leaves off the roof and awning, Unfortunately, after he completed that, he came to me to tell me the price is now $450.00 due to he said it was a lot in the gutters themselves. This was about 15 minutes after he started. I reminded him we agreed to $150.00 but he told me he could only come down to $400.00. I declined and rejected that. So he did not do the job. I did pay him $50.00 for blowing all the leaves off my roof though. I could of done what he did in the same amount of time but only hired someone due to I had surgery on my hand and couldn't do it this year. I ended up cleaning my gutters myself after all even though it was very painful for me to do so. The gentleman who did the work was very kind and thorough.
