    They took forever. They took a long time to change a lightbulb in my truck but they did a good job. They were professional. Use them for general maintenance because they are cheaper than Toyota and dealers.

    I like them, they seem good. It's convenient. I think they are reasonably priced. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and bring you back. It's a handy location. They do good service. As far as I know from the mechanic. On time they left something in my wheel well, other wise they do a very good job. I've been going here for a couple years. Pricing I really don't know comparison. But I use coupons, so on pricing I would give an A.

    Someone picked me up to return for service it was a different person. I checked in, there was all these computers I checked in and sat in the waiting room. 2 hours later i'm still there my partner called me and said that they called you, they've got another problem. Well I was right there and they didn't know that I was there, I checked in physically with someone that was right at the computer. anyway the said I had some type of leak, I didn't not have oil leak when I came in but I had one when I came out. So I could not go to Sacramento the next day and I was not going to have them repair it. I will not go back there again. They were ripping me off by breaking something I don't know what the oil change was but the fact that they broke something and claim that I came in with it I would say an F.

    They are great. ?They are open until midnight. ?The service department is open every day til midnight and it is open on Saturdays and stuff. ?If you bring your car in there and they find something else they have to do they just give you a loner. ?I got to tell you, I have purchased 2 cars there. ?I just go in for service and you know you can just schedule it online, you go in and you know how much it is going to cost. ?There's no problem. ?You know, I've never had a problem. ?In fact, I've gotten other people to go there. ?It's hard, you know when you are working. ?I was working in Oakland, ?You know how hard it is to take your car in and then pick it up in time when they close, but Walnut Creek Toyota would take you up to the Bart Station or rent you a car.

    I was thinking that I was going to have to replace the whole thing. They were honest enough to tell me that I did not need a whole new headlight. They are so honest. Most places when they see a woman walk in, you are going out owing them thousands. They will tell you exactly what you need, or what you do not need. I have been going here for about 20 years now. I have recommended this company to all of my family, and friends.

    The reason I give an 'B' instead of a 'A' is that sometimes they fixed it and it's not right and you have to go back and get it fixed again. For my point of view, they're closed by and they're not thieves.

    Not be crooked people who ripped people off for as much as they can get. In order words, they charged different prices for the same services depending on who you are or what they think about you or what they think they can get away with. The worst part was the fact that they don't have a set price. They just make it up by what they think you would accept. I was shocked they don't have an hourly rate. Everywhere you go, there is a listing from people who make the car like Ford or Chevrolet. It says in the book change the oil. This takes .5 hours, takes half an hour or 30 minutes and you have a labor rate at the store whatever store it is. These guys don't work that way. I've never been anywhere else where they did this. I forget what they call it, but it's thievery. They're just making it up when you come back. I was in a hurry, I dropped it off, I've never heard of the way they operate, I've never been to a store the way they operate. I'm not saying that's the only one because it's part of the whole group of dealership found by this person called Michael Stead and they have all kinds of dealerships, but this one I go back and they said, "Oh, it's 400 bucks." And I said, "What? When I had it done at Auckland it was 200 bucks. What's your labor rate? I wouldn't have one. How many hours did you put in this? '"Oh, it's just we do it by the job." I was like, "Okay, fine. You ripped me off." The only good thing I can say is the van still ran and I imagined they changed the oil when the plug spark plugs but I'm never going back and I'm never going to buy a car from anyone of their dealerships and I'm never even going to do business with them ever again because you can't get a straight answer out of them.

    They are fabulous. They're a little expensive but they're very good.

    They're good, they're honest, they're efficient, they give us a rental car.

    As a woman it's not always easy to find mechanics who speak to you as a smart human being in a reasonable tone. So you don't feel talked down to by those guys at all, I never have.

    We had a miscommunication with a person covering the service desk while the usual person was out. I intended to call to ask to speak to the manager, but before I got to it, he called me, apologized and offered an appropriate remedy. We were very impressed and will return.

    Walt's Danville Service
    Resolved a long-term gas mileage problem on my 2005 Murano that no one at Nissan or other shops seem to be able to resolve. After several parts replacements and endless discussions I decided a performance engine expert was the only group capable of finding a solution.

    It turns out the standard engine verification software and ODBII readings used for smog inspections does not measure ALL the inputs and was providing a passing grade even with a problem. Walt's Danville Service had the technical expertise to analyze the engine management system and identify the problem.
