  • The whole process from the beginning went very well. I began my interaction with the company on email asking a few questions. They responded timely and we arranged a meeting day and time for someone to come by and assess the job (2/23/16). Sam showed up as scheduled very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He assessed and measured the area and once completed we discussed the installation and the purpose of it. We reviewed some pictures and settled on a general design. Afterwards we selected a date and time for the installation. He asked and I provided a $100.00 down payment and he returned as promised on 3/2/16 (a little late) and installed the handrails as agreed upon. Let me say, that the design of the handrails he installed exceeded my expectations. I selected a basic, simple design, but what I received was simple, but classy. The new handrails have added a quality look to the installation area. The handrails look as if they were designed with my house in mind and not just the area of installation. The handrails are well made with top quality craftsmanship. Thanks Sam and team I appreciate your hard work and eye for detail.

  • David from the Geek Squad was thorough and professional. He made sure the Nest was connected correctly and operating as designed, prior to him leaving my home. In addition, prior to his visit he called to make sure we knew the approximate time of his arrival (between one and two) and he has very knowledgeable and courteous. He worked well with the Nest Thermostat customer service person.

    My only issue with this whole process, was getting the appointment set-up. I spent 45 minutes by phone with the Geek Squad CS and was told since the Nest wasn't classified as one of their standard installs they didn't know who to assigned my job to, and recommended that I go to the in store Geek Squad, at my local Best Buy. I did and even that with the assistance of the in store Geek Squad staff took another 1 1/2 -2 hours. Finally, a in store person, I think her name was Jazmin, contacted the help desk for Best Buy staff and they were able to o get me a booked appointment. I shared all of this to say please place the Nest Thermostat in the appropriate category, even if it's in a category all it's own, because that will save your customers alot of time and frustration. It's techincal because it connects to your wifi, computer and phone app.

  • Service went very well. Three guys showed up in a moving van. They were all very friendly. They gave me a two hour window of when they would show up and gave me updates as to when they would arrive. We met at Extra Space Storage. They very quickly moved out all my boxes out of my 10x10 unit and loaded up the truck. This process took just over and hour. My garage was located about 12 miles away but the minimum drive time for travel is one hour. This worked out well because it allowed me to get to my garage and start building out a few storage shelves. All the boxes were loaded into the garage in a little over three hours. This included helping me build out some shelves and organizing the space a bit. A great experience. I would highly recommend Northstar Moving.

  • They are very accessible. You can pick your plan. They'll make you choose on what and how you want to spend your plan. If you want to spend only a certain amount, they will keep you abated. I just like the company. I don't have problems regarding loose phones. The internet connection is perfect and pretty fast. I have a good channels on my television to choose from.

  • Proorly.After the Ins Adjuster came out on 10/20/2010, we received word from the General on 10/20/2010 that the car was a total loss. (Dont) Ever for no reason whatever if you have an older car let the Adjusters from this Ins see the car before you take to to a repair shop of your choice and get an estimated. (Do) Report the Accdent to DMV with in the ten day period. (Dont) Beleive the Insurance Company about your have to file salage papers to the DMV if your cer is consider a total loss, (you dont have to).

  • I needed a new watch band and the watch model is no longer made by Fossil. I called them and they suggested I could send my watch to their repair deptment and see if they could replace the band. They gave no guarantee and said it would take up to six weeks to turnaround. It's an unusual attachment for the band so I started looking locally. TimeMasters was able to say they could replace the band immediately if a similar one was in stock, and it was. I was relieved. And impressed with their professionalism and quality. It took only about ten minutes to have my watch back, fixed like new. I've had many watches in the past, but this one has been my favorite all around and I didn't want to have to get a new watch just because the band needed replacing. I am so grateful. They also have a lovely English Bulldog named Magnolia and welcome customers with their pets.

  • I DROPPED MY COMPUTER OFF THEY CLEANED UP THE PROBLEM AND ALSO LOADED AN ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM ON IT. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS COMPANY WERE SO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND I LIKED THAT. THEY MADE YOU FEEL WELCOME.
