AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AI take my silver persian cat there every few months or more frequently depending on the season of the year and shape of her fur. Brenda, the shop's owner, is an animal lover, and works hard so the cat has a good experience. Jazzy, my cat, is a handful, and Brenda is up to the situation. She was trained by the former owner who retired to Oregon. That woman assisted a vet and bathed cats there, so she taught Brenda all the skills for handling cats in the bathtub. Wonderful service! Drop the cat at 9:30 a.m., pick up a dry, clean kitty by 1 p.m. Great for cats who love the great outdoors!

FThese people supposedly have had 17 years experience but I think more like in training. I had my 14 yr old Sealyham terrier groomed there because they advertised "17 years experience". I told them that it was painful for him to be picked up, that a soft muzzel would be needed. The clip job was a hit and miss and even some bald spots. They insisted that my dog was very difficult. I asked if they put a muzzel on him and they said "no". My response was...in 17 years you never had a difficult dog. Which also leads me to wonder if they abused my dog. They said it took 2 people to clip him. Well I think the second person was choking and yelling at my dog. And to add insult to injury they charged me $60 for their shoddy work. . They have no pride in their work. For $60 dollars they should have shown a little pride in their work and said I m sorry this is the best we could do. And it only took them 2 hours to do it. They never apologized for the shoddy work. Please, do not take your pet here. Show your pet you love them and take them to more compassionate, pet friendly, loving people. If you search the web for “all animal services, bishop, ca” you will not find Pampered Pooches or the veterinarian that they refer people. What does that say for them. I should have checked that first.

AShe takes such good care of these poor dogs because some of them are so matted because they are not taken care of. She grooms my dogs every week for me and she does them for free because we are a non profit no kill dog rescue and she and our vet Carol are so wonderful to us and to our dogs. We will use both Rachael and Carol again for our rescue dogs.

AI had originally brought in my 9 year old Staffordshire Terrier to have a problem with her nose diagnosed. The veterinarian, Doctor Anderson, thoroughly examined her, then gave me a full explanation of what was going on with my dog, Roxie. She has Discoid Lupus, an inherent disease which most commonly affects the flesh of the dogs nose, and which sometimes requires life-long treatment of the symptoms. He provided the medications, and 2 weeks later Roxie was much better, but not completely healed, so I went back after progress seemed to halt. The doctor then determined that she would need lifelong medications to control the symptoms, and he also discovered a problem with her anal glands which I have treated with the medications he provided, and Roxie is now looking feeling better than she has in months. The assistant also gave Roxie a pedicure. I was so impressed with the staff, and they are the only ones who can give Roxie a pedicure without having a major fuss from my dog. They are so caring, and they treat Roxie like a little princess, so that she is almost happy when we arrive at the hospital - almost, but they give her a nice treat before we go, and all of the poking and prodding is forgiven by the time we leave. These people display the highest quality of professionalism and care, and I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

She gave her s break between the bath and the grooming so my dog wouldn't get too stressed out. Their price was $20 less than similar service at a local groomer. APet Envy Grooming & BoutiqueThe groomers and the staff are very nice and they do an excellent job! But one day I was in there one of the owners were there and I watched him throw a clip board at his employee. I didn't go back there for a few months because it was rude, embarrassing, unethical & just plain wrong! The problem is I couldn't find a better groomers with a fair price. If I go to drop off my dogs and the owner is there I just leave & try the next time I'm able to take them.- Julie J.

AMUDDY PAWSI have four dogs, and one kittens. I have had my teacup poodle groomed by Muddy Paws in the past and it was excellent, including the price. But on this particular visit, actually every few weeks, I take a few of my dogs to Muddy Paws to have their toe nails clipped. I am not able to clip these dogs' nails at all. They squirm, try to nip at the clippers, act like they are having heart attacks, and cannot at all get their nails clipped at all. So, I discovered that Muddy Paws will clip the nails any size dog or cat for the low cost of $7.00. They are the cheapest in this entire area. Plus, I don't know how they do it? One person, sometimes two, take the dog just behind the counter, I can see the dog and the workers, and they are able to get all of the nails clipped in a manner of about 1-2 minutes. ATeri Burgess, Pet NannyAs usual, Terri performed an exemplary job. She keeps an eye on their cysts (a problem with Schnauzers) and their ears for possible infections. You can tell that she loves the animals she cares for. She has groomed my dogs for the past two years and will continue to be my groomer for as long as she is in business. AThe Itchy PoochWe have a dog groomer and it is a mobile service and it is called Itchy Pooch. She is mobile so she goes to Hanford, Lemoore, Riverdale and all the smaller towns here. She doesn't come to Fresno, we show up down there. We have a very, very difficult dog and she is the only one that can handle him. She has a brand new mobile unit that is the top of the line. She is very, very good. We used her when we lived in that area and she came right to our house and after we moved we actually go down and connect with her down there. I believe that we have an appointment this next week with her. My dog was kicked out of 3 salons and nobody wants to take him and she took him and she does a great job with him. She just loves dogs again and the cleanliness of her mobile unit and everything is just outstanding, it just really is. He actually takes the dog to work and meets her in Lemoore and he pays her and I am not sure what she charges now. I don't know what we would do without her. My husband isn't complaining. We are absolutely planning on using this service again in the future, as long as this dog lives we will use her service.- Ron V.
