    They are family owned.  They are great with their financing, good products.  They deliver.  It was really cheap, it was a reconditioned, excellent brand name.  Whirlpool dryer reconditioned.  You feel like you walked into a family business, they approach you, they ask you what you are looking for.  They don't try to sell you something you are not looking for.  They really listen to what you want and do the best to provide it.  Even if that includes going into the back room and saying these are reconditioned if you don't need a brand new whatever, we can see you this and it's guaranteed for like three months, you have the warranty for a few months. If you buy a brand new appliance of course that is warrantied, I've bought brand new from them also.  Then they discuss finances with you, they will allow you to give a down payment and then they even allowed me cash on delivery when they drove it down which was a forty mile drive.  They bring it in the house, the hook it up, install it, so there you go, any problems give us a call.  I haven't had any problems with the three appliances from them which is really rare.  They stand behind their products, they know their products and they stand behind them.  I have bought appliances from other places and it's just a nightmare.  They wouldn't honor the warranty, it was a nightmare.  But these people, I haven't had a problem, they offered me an extended warranty which I did buy on the new products and that's comforting.  They give you the manual if you have a problem you can call them up and they will walk you through it on the phone, trouble shoot kind of.

    I am extremely disappointed with this company. I paid $649 to have an antique desk shipped from Maryland to California on July 9th. They said they would contact me to schedule the delivery within two weeks. I had not heard anything by August 5th so I contacted 1-800-865-3960. The employee who answered was surly and unhelpful. Turns out that they had the wrong phone number (the phone number on the order form, of which I have a copy, is correct), though they had been provided with the right number almost a week prior and still had not contacted me. They scheduled delivery for August 6th between 12 and 4. At 3:45 on August 6th I had not received any communication from the driver, so I called the number again. They told me that there were two more stops ahead of me and it likely would not be delivered until 6 pm. I was not going to be available at that point so I asked them to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day, again between 12 and 4. They did not show up in that window, nor did they call to inform me that they would be late. I heard absolutely nothing from the delivery drivers or dispatch. I just called again to find out if delivery has been rescheduled, because again, I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the company about their missed delivery windows. None of their employees have been helpful or apologetic, all of them seem to imply that it is someone else's fault. I will never do business with this company again and certainly don't recommend them to anyone else.

    I have been on an auto shipment plan with Gevalia Coffee since 2006, and although there have been a few "glitches" over the years, they used to be fixed, promptly. Recently (In November) my coffee had not arrived, so I went online and found that my last shipment had gone out in October, and the next scheduled for Jan 13th. (I am set up for shipments every 6 weeks). Since it is the Holidays and I am hostessing parties, I wanted to increase my order. After several failed attempts at fixing it online, I called, and their agent told me it was corrected, my coffee would go out on the next available date (Fridays only). When the order was not received, I called again on December 5th and spoke to the same person, who told me that: The coffee had been shipped the previous week (Dec 2nd); It had left their warehouse so she had no means of tracking the order; AND that they had not yet received a tracking number from UPS. As of today, their website still shows that my next shipment would go out January 13, and the previous order had been CANCELLED!! I called again, and was told that nothing had been shipped since October.I was stunned. The agent I spoke to last time, just flat-out lied, and then cancelled my order! I asked for a supervisor, and was told that yes, the order had been cancelled, but they would ship immediately and credit my account the express delivery charges.   I want to mention also, that the last few times I have called, I got a recorded message saying they were excited about being at their "new, domestically located contact center, and to please be patient while they work through some (unintelligible)...."  With unemployment rates as high as they are in this country, I am happy Gevalia moved their operations here, but I am speechless at the way service has deteriorated. I cannot even find words to express my shock at being lied to by a service representative. I will now be shopping for my coffee elsewhere. and will miss the product.
