AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AI saw a female associate in the office, not Dr. Cooper. She burned the spot and a couple others she found . Being a new patient I knew it was going to be quite expensive . Because my husband had had neck cancer we no longer had insurance so I was paying cash after having declared bankruptcy and suffering from the financial after affects of the cancer . When she asked that I return in a couple weeks , I explained my situation and she showed understanding and compassion and said if it goes away not to return. She also gave me a couple small vials of stuff that she said would handle the kind of thing I had if it showed up in other places and said only to return if I thought I needed to . I felt so taken care of and relieved. I have not had another problem of that kind since then but I would definitely return if necessary. It was one of the best doctor's visits I have ever had!

DArriving for my appointment at 7:00 AM I was the first patient through the door (at this time mthere was only one other patient present). I chose this time so I could complete the procedure and then report to work without taking any time off from work. Almost immediately, I checked in and my co-pay was requested. I then sat in various places within the building for another hour all the while hearing the staff outside laughing and joking while I watched the minutes tick away. The room that I sat in had trash, hair and liquid stains on the floor and didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. When the PA finally came in and asked how I was, I told him that I was upset about the offices lack of punctuality and that I would be late to work now. I was offered a obligatory apology but it was meaningless. I could only wish that they would have seen me as quickly as they took my co-pay, after all that is apparently the most important thing with them in my opinion.

AThe office was very professional and the Doctor (Rhonda Strunk) knew what she was doing. I got a full skin check and also had two moles biopsied.
My only issue was the cost. It was $450 for the two moles to be removed and biopsied (even with insurance).

AVan Meter, Dr. Thomas A.Since I schedule my appointments 6 months in advance, I don't have any issues with getting an appointment. I do recall that my first appointment was a month or so out. However, I appreciate that I never had to wait a long time in the office for the doctor to see me. The staff is friendly and efficient. On this particular appointment, the doctor froze off 4 pre-cancerous keratosis on my hands and one on my face. He checked that I had enough psoriasis medication and said that if I ran out I could call his office for a refill prescription. I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes and have no complaints. I highly recommend Dr Van Meter.- Louise L.

APalo Alto Medical FoundationIt was easy to make an appointment. I actually had to reschedule my appointment once and the staff was very courteous in finding another date that worked for me. The front-desk check-in process was quick and easy, the receptionist very courteous, but I was disappointed that the front-desk staff was not able to provide me with any information regarding what my portion of the bill would be. I was called in for my appointment within 5 minutes of my appointment time, and seen by the dermatologist immediately. The appointment was quick, maybe 10 minutes. The MD was kind and efficient, but I felt a bit rushed. Nonetheless, it has been my experience that PAMF provides excellent service consistently.- Valerie F.

AKelly Kinsley MDMy visits to Dr. Kinsley's office have always been good. The front office staff is very friendly and efficient. I've never had to wait for very long after my arrival to be called and led to an exam room. In fact, this time, I was called immediately after I checked in! The doctor's nurse/tech staff is uniformly pleasant and timely in gathering information and entering it into their system. Dr. Kinsley has always seen me within a few minutes after the nurse/tech has left the room. On this occasion, he came in almost right away. Dr. Kinsley is professional, thorough, patient and answers all my questions. He is realistic and, while outlining potential treatments, is honest about how a certain approach may or may not work. Most importantly, the treatment Dr. Kinsley has provided for me has successfully resolved my periodic skin issues. I will continue to see Dr. Kinsley and am very happy with his services and those of his staff.- Robin G.
