AAlicia's HousekeepingI worked from home today for my first cleaning and I���m pretty satisfied so far. The ladies did not mind that I was there. You can hear them scrubbing and cleaning but not hitting your furniture carelessly like some cleaners do. All the main spaces, cabinets, furniture were clean. They got inbetween each shutter blade, which was nice. They will use your supplies or bring their own. Fair rates, I would recommend.- Chanti T.

After cleaning it, they put a protector on it help spills wipe right up. The technician was very professional and took great pride in his work. FAEA House and Carpet CleaningIt seemed to be going well. He had to two women come who were prompt and courteous. When all was done they were gone in about 4 or 5 hours. The owner also came to look at job when they were through. At first glance it appeared to me that they did as assigned. Then I started to notice the things that were not done. Everything mentioned above was only halfway completed. When sun glared on windows and walls, dust was still there, window tracks and screens were not all done. Baseboards barely touched. The easily reached cabinets were cleaned in and out, anything higher was left dirty. Appliances on sides still had A & M installers glue on the appliance. Ceiling fans still dirty, they did nothing that was throughly cleaned. I should of been more through in my walk through. I recently was released from the hospital for a major back surgery and quite frankly wanted everyone out of my house. I did call owner back and told him the job was incomplete. He offered to CHARGE me an additional $130 to have girls come back and complete job!!!! Not exceptable!! Then he offered just $100! I finally hung up. So I suggest to anyone looking at this company or A & M Flooring to stay clean away. PS A & M still has not finished my kitchen floor! THEY have NOT been paid in full!!- Christy D.
