    Northside Dental Practice
They do good work. Their office environment and punctuality are good. Their waiting room is average. It's just the usual. The wait time is usually about 10 minutes. I've been using them for about two years.

Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing!  We've been going here for years and absolutely love it.  We refer friends here when they ask because Dr. Jeff and his staff always take care of you, and do so with a smile.  As a bonus, they always have flowers available if you'd like to take one home after your cleaning or other procedure.

My son had his quarterly cleaning. Hygientist is awesome. Dr. Lu then did the bonding on his discolored teeth. They looked awesome. We have Delta Dental which helps with our costs, but we gladly pay for extra cleaning and cosmetic things. Dr. Lu has fair prices and we always pay our bill promptly. Dr. Lu referred me to endodontist when I needed a root canal. You can tell Dr. Lu cares about all his patients. He works efficiently and his office appointments are on time, thanks to his efficient admin assistant, Jackie. This office is the best.

Without a hitch. She replaced a gold crown on my previous visit and with all the gold work I've had done before I started going to her, this was by far the smoothest procedure. The above-ratings apply equally to that previous visit.

We arrived at the dental office of Dr Park. It was a nice office, very clean. The front office staff was very nice. My wife filled out her New patient paperwork and was called within minutes. I was thinking so far so good. What was about to happen never enter my mind and I'm sure my wife was HOT! I could see it as she came out from the back. We spoke to the front desk about her up coming appointment which when was calculated out was going to be close to $4300.00. When we left the office my wife told me that she was never coming back. She stated while she was in the back that they had her do bite wings that were at the end of a metal bar. She said that after the second bite wing she asked the assistant what the horrible taste was on the bite wings and the assistant stated "Our Cleanser". My wife said she had to keep herself from swallowing the cleanser the whole time. Then she stated that the assistant made the comment "you really don't want to swallow that stuff do you". My wife said she asked if the Cleaner could hurt someone if they swallowed it and the reply she got was "I don't think so". My wife waited and they gave her water and mouthwash to rinse the horrible taste out. She said Dr Park came in shortly after, introduced himself and told her she needed Periodontal work done. My wife asked what about her two back teeth and he really said nothing to her about them so she said she told him she just wanted them out. She said she asked the doctor about the Periodontal work and what it was and what she should expect and he told her to look it up on the internet. She said he told her she would loose most of her teeth in 10 years if she didn't have this procedure done, she is 46. She said she told him that we didn't have dental insurance and would like to know what the cost was. She said he stated not as much as a crown. She said he left after that and that his bedside manor was horrid. He did give her a antibiotic for her teeth that were hurting. Then like I stated above we got the blast of how much it was going to be after she came out from the back. My wife called her mother and told her about what was going on and her mother said absolutely not to have it done. My mother in-law stated that my wife's grandmother had it done and it took her a good six months to recover. My wife takes great care of herself! She brushes at least 2-3 times per day and flosses every other day. I feel that this was just scam to get money from us. Maybe my wife does have this going on, maybe she doesn't but what we went in there for was certainly not addressed in a proper fashion. The two teeth that my wife had the pain & problems with should have been the only importance of that visit. The other could have waited for another time if it truly needs to be done. Then we get home and my wife finds the paper that she had jotted notes on when she called 5 weeks ago. She had wrote down the quote she was given over the phone for the office visit and the extractions. Whom ever she spoke with at that time gave her a quote on the extractions of 150.00 each. when we looked over the print out we were given for the $4300.00 it stated the 2 extractions were $240 each. This ended up horrible for my wife! She has Anxiety as it is and going to the dentist is know to cause the anxiety to be worse for those that don't have it in the first place so you could just imagine how my wife felt. I give this office a C and I give the Dr. an F!!

Our family had been going to Dr. Morgan since his business moved to this location. We go twice a year for cleanings They do an excellent job when cleaning our teeth and we trust that we are given all options when recommending procedures. We have been able to get last minute appointments and Dr. Morgan has even helped out with an urgency for our out of town guest..

    Hung Lu DDS Inc
Excellent front office with Jackie coordinating all the appointments. Good hygienists too. Dr. Lu is an artist and it shows with the high quality of his work and attention to detail. Dr. Lu is also very good with children and adolescents. Takes Delta Dental and my copays and out of pocket expenses are appropriate for service provided.

    Contente III, Dr. William J.
Provided dental exams initially then after visit with dental hygienists. Doctor was thorough and discussed issues well. It was difficult to get appointments after school for my children as they miss school for orthodontist appointments and I would have to miss work to fit into their schedule. The office scheduler was not very helpful. When I said I was going to change dentists, I was told I could never go back to this office once I leave. Dr. Contente is a very popular, busy dentist who provides a good service, but the lack of afterschool/after work appointment times made it impossible to continue with his service.
