Reasons Why Your Garage Door Opens By Itself

Home And Garage Organizing reviews in Claremont

    Debby and Leslie Home Services

They knocked on my door in Claremont, and introduced themselves. They had been cleaning a neighbor's house. I had fired my housekeepers about a year ago because I found out they were stealing money from me.
Debby showed me that they were bonded, which was appealling to me.
They impressed me because they had a brochure that told what they did. The brochure mentioned that they do one extra job each time they come ( I think it was limited to 15 minutes).
They had a neatly organized notebook. They pulled out a form and interviewed me asking about my preferences about the products they would use and asked me to initial if I was okay with the products they supply. I was okay with everything, except I wanted Simple Green, which I agreed to supply for them. The other interview questions included what I thought made an ideal housekeeper. My former housekeepers used to yell from upstairs to downstairs to each other, and talk constantly on the phone, so I mentioned that. They laughed and told me they are quiet - and they were. They wrote down where my trash cans were, and took notes about my preferences about how I wanted them to handle papers on counters, desks, furniture. They had me sign the contract, and they were clear that they won't clean the house if I don't leave a check, and that I needed to notify them 24 hours before cancelling. They also asked me to have the dishwasher empty before they arrive. Fair enough.
We talked about the best day and time for them to come. They told me they could do my whole house at once and do a thorough cleaning, or they could do two and a half hours first time, and next time do another two and a half hours next time (upstairs and kitchen again), which is what I chose.
We discussed keys. Since I work at home, for now, I'll just be there when they come. But I liked that if I decide to give them a key, they label it with an ID number, but NOT with my address or name, which is an added bit of security.
We set a date for them to clean a few days later. They said they would bring all the cleaning supplies except the Simple Green, which I showed them where I keep it. Also, they agreed to use my whole house vacuum instead the vacuum they have in their truck.
They arrived promptly at the time they said they would on a Thursday at 8:30 a.m. The price they quoted me ($99.98) was for two and a half hours of work for the two of them. They worked for two and a half hours and got all my downstairs done. They had me check their work, and were out the door at 11:05 a.m. (great for me because I had an appointment).
They left me an itemized list of the work they did. There is a section on the paper that tells what extra things they do. They had marked the carpet stains. Other things on the list included wiping down interior of the refrigerator, walls, eathquake proof display items with earthquake putty, interior windows, clean cat box(es), straighten storage containers, clean the counter under the sinks, and a few other things.
They signed their name and had the date of my next service listed on the sheet. Pretty professional.
Also on their check list sheet were other services available, such as spring cleaning, set up and clean up for parties, clean garages

and storage sheds, help with garage sales, haul away trash and furniture, prepare meal(s), provide transportation, walk pets, house/pet sitting, wash cars, clean patio furniture and sweep decks.
I was impressed with Debby and Leslie. They are middle aged women, who are professional, well-organized, and they did a good job on my house. I am looking forward to having my upstairs cleaned this Thursday. I would recommend them.
