    Affordable Handyman and Remodeling Services
We hired Jose to repair our bathroom floor and install a walk-in shower. They did an amazing job, great communication. Jose is fair, punctual, honest, clean, courteous and affordable. This was actually 2 separate jobs, after they completed the flooring in the bathroom we called him back out the following week to install the shower. I highly recommend his services and we will have him back. His worker Cecilio was equally professional, thanks again.

    APP Handyman Home Repair Service
Started off good but I had to pay for the materials up front, which was ok it was thousands of dollars in materials. At time of final check he gave me 400.00 in receipts for additional materials I did not authorize. I would not have authorized half the materials since they were because of not measuring his cuts properly. What I paid for was the correct amount of material. When I questioned the gray spots on my stucco he said it was there which I have pictures it was not, it was from taking a wire brush to the stucco to fix his over spray mistakes. He left said he would contact me in 2 weeks never heard from him again until Xmas time he sent me a racist comment in which I ignored. This week it rains my patio leaks, I sent a text saying thought you were a roofer...NOT. He has sent me racial slurs on my sexual orientation in which the public needs to know. People dont want racist people working in their house. Besides his racial slurs his comment was he was glad my roof leaked and good luck. You should not be offering his services through your company.

    Rick Jamison Painting
I used Jamison painting when my custom garage doors were installed, because the door builders recommended them as being the only painter skilled in doing high-quality staining. The original job was beautiful. But, because my doors are west-facing, they take a sun beating. So, now 3 years later, I noted the sealant was beginning to crack, exposing the wood underneath. I called Jamison, and they did a beautiful job. They lightly sanded the entire 3-car doors, gave extra attention to a few wear spots, and re-stained & sealed. Doors look like new again.

    All Paint & Stucco
Got the original estimate on 4/25/17. Contract was to be emailed by 5/15/17 and work to be completed by 6/8/17. Bought more exterior roof paint as they requested. No status was given us and they postponed the start until 6/19/17 when we contacted them. Had to contact them again and the owner promised to be done by 7/14/17. The then said the head wave put them off schedule. Tried to contact them by text, phone, and email but got no answer. A final text was sent on 9/1/17 and they recommended going with someone else.

    House Painting Inc
James was prompt and professional when he arrived to provide a quote. He not only provided us with references and job scope when he was there - he also provided us the quote on the spot. We had two other companies come out - neither provided an on the spot quote, one seemed like we were wasting his time. His guys were prompt, professional, clean and willing to work with us on having windows unmasked over night. Would HIGHLY recommend House Painting Inc.

    Curtis Construction Services
I put down $899  of three days labor and he came out and gave me a quote for the job of $5400 or so and then I asked him well what about the three days of labor and he said oh yeah so he took off the $899, well to me that's not a big deal that's me paying up front the down payment for him to get his job done, I don't see the big deal. I was happy with the work that was done, it took a while to get done. I wasn't happy with the big deal aspect of it.

I would definitely not recommend them. They dragged it out for a long time. My original estimate was doubled. It was just a nightmare. Then, they tried to pass a fraudulent check. In fact, I should really report them to the Better Business Bureau. It was a nightmare. The people they hired weren't bad but it was the main project manager that did all this. As senior citizen, I could even probably prosecute them for senior abuse. They really took advantage of me. They sub-contracted all of it. I was happy with the paving company. Everybody else, sort of broke things and didn't finish what they had started. It took a long time to get them to finish up. I had tree trimming. I had a new deck put in. My brother finally had to finish that. It was a disaster. With the painting, their project manager said that it would look as good as new, but still be historical. My building was built in 1908. They just did a quick cosmetic job. They didn't replace boards that were rotting. They broke an antique rocking chair. They broke the faucets. They didn't repair any of it. They didn't clean up their mess. I wrote them a final check for $8000. Then, they tried to pass two checks. My checks went missing and I had to close my account. I wouldn't have even caught it, if I hadn't called that day to get my balance, that they were trying to pass two checks. The bank suggested I close the account. They were able to stop the second one. It was very bad. The owner called me when he found out that the second check didn't go through. I said, "That was a fraudulent check. You should fire your project manager. He totally misled me on everything." That week that I found out about the fraudulent check, my dog had died and I was upset over that. I didn't really want to go into too much detail with him. I just told him that I was very unhappy with their company and that I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

    Eric And Company
Eric and Company replaced fascia boards, replaced exterior wood siding and painted my two story home.
Eric is prompt and professional. He is a perfectionist and takes time to do a thorough job. His crew thoroughly prepared the house by replacing wood in poor condition, power-washing the house and painting. I have used this company repeatedly and will continue to do so.

    Platinum Realty and Construction, Inc
Romy Dagmi from Platinum reality construction was prompt, courteous and went over the project details thoroughly.   I was initially unsure how much to take on- may be  just wanted to get the damage caused by water fixed  and asked about a few other things,  I had been previously thinking about LED light installation.  Once we agreed on the scope of the project and signed the contract, it all went so smoothly that I was quite amazed.
The electrical crew sent in by Romy: were absolutely the best.  LED lights with dimmers were installed throughout the house with minimal wall damage. The lights are bright, elegant.   The crew was very experienced and had valuable suggestions about minor details. All of this easily passed the City inspection.
The painter/handyman sent in by Romy was equally amazing.  He came in early in the morning and was just very efficient in getting the job done.  All the furniture was protected, the paint job and the garage dry wall was done so well that we cannot tell that there was damage in the first place.
Romy personally came and checked on the work to make sure everything went smoothly. One other thing that impressed me was that Romy always answered his phone to answer questions.   All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with Romy and Platinum Reality Construction  and I highly recommend them to everyone.

    Parker's Painting
,The work went very well from the beginning. Garret brought over 3 paint samples we requested before we chose the color we wanted. The crew arrived on time every single day and took care not to damage sprinklers or break any roof tiles..
The wood trim on my house had significant dry-rot in places as well as cracks and defects. The crew spent an entire week doing the prep work alone, including doing some stucco repair, replacing some damaged wood, caulking extensively and using Bondo and Epoxy to repair some rafters. It took another week and a half to paint the trim, stucco, and door. They always cleaned up at the end of the day.
The neighbors commented on how nice our house looked after they finished.
