    The system installation was never completed. Hardware, firmware, and software has not been refreshed for four years. Repeated calls to Vivint customer service have been frustrating. Vivint customer service treats customers with contempt in a highly condescending manner. Please seek your security solutions elsewhere.

    I won't go back unless it is a life threatening emergency. I am on my husband's insurance plan, and he loves Kaiser, so I am stuck with it. They perform lots of tests and load you up with pills. The and quot;nurseand quot; spoke to me as though I was a retarded 5 year old. Sorry, I am an intelligent, thinking adult, and refuse to be a sheep, or treated like a child. I want someone who I can communicate with, about my body, and my concerns, not just another lab rat. If I can't get a doctor who speaks and understands English, and doesn't have to dress like Darth Vader, then I'll just take care of myself, thank you very much.

    They're very timely, and you don't wait for an hour or two like I did with previous doctors.  You can do a lot of things with them online.  I had a medication that wasn't working well for me, and I was able to communicate with my doctor via email.  He gave me prescription and something else right away.  I also saw there my endocrinologist for my cancer surgery, and I was very pleased with them.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

    I've worked in the public sector for most of my career, but I have been trying to secure a government job for some time now.  I heard of Hire Power from a friend in a military transition career center and contacted them to see if they could help me to transition into a government position by creating a federal format resume.  I thought my current resume was already good for attracting employers, so I wasn't sure of exactly what could be different enough to attract the attention of a government manager.  However, I just received my Federal resume from Hire Power and I am IMPRESSED!  I can completely see how this new Federal resume is going to display my past career and accomplishments in a more effective way for a government entity to clearly see how I fit into their current job opening.  Many thanks to Hire Power.  I will always recommend you to others.  This was a great move for me.

    I have been on an auto shipment plan with Gevalia Coffee since 2006, and although there have been a few "glitches" over the years, they used to be fixed, promptly. Recently (In November) my coffee had not arrived, so I went online and found that my last shipment had gone out in October, and the next scheduled for Jan 13th. (I am set up for shipments every 6 weeks). Since it is the Holidays and I am hostessing parties, I wanted to increase my order. After several failed attempts at fixing it online, I called, and their agent told me it was corrected, my coffee would go out on the next available date (Fridays only). When the order was not received, I called again on December 5th and spoke to the same person, who told me that: The coffee had been shipped the previous week (Dec 2nd); It had left their warehouse so she had no means of tracking the order; AND that they had not yet received a tracking number from UPS. As of today, their website still shows that my next shipment would go out January 13, and the previous order had been CANCELLED!! I called again, and was told that nothing had been shipped since October.I was stunned. The agent I spoke to last time, just flat-out lied, and then cancelled my order! I asked for a supervisor, and was told that yes, the order had been cancelled, but they would ship immediately and credit my account the express delivery charges.   I want to mention also, that the last few times I have called, I got a recorded message saying they were excited about being at their "new, domestically located contact center, and to please be patient while they work through some (unintelligible)...."  With unemployment rates as high as they are in this country, I am happy Gevalia moved their operations here, but I am speechless at the way service has deteriorated. I cannot even find words to express my shock at being lied to by a service representative. I will now be shopping for my coffee elsewhere. and will miss the product.
