    Mickey arrived and took one of my two dogs to the van.   It was at that time she told me she had quoted me the wrong price.  She would do it for that price but next time it would be more. She had the door to the back open with it facing west which brought in all the cold due to the high winds we get.  It had a heater but you can understand how cold it could be with a bath.  She did come all the way out here so I wanted to see how it went. When I got the dogs back, she said she didn't cut one dogs hair because it was so thin.  I paid $100 for a bath essentially.  I will not be scheduling with her again.

    Fun Fur U In Home Pet Care
    Kimberly was very professional and organized and is very good with animals.    She arrived for the meet and greet to meet our kitties with a ton of information and made sure everything unique about our kitties was written down.   We have one very shy cat who normally doesn't like strangers, but Kimberly was able to coax her out for petting in no time, which was a great thing to see.   During the vacation she kept a log sheet that she left for us showing all the stuff that had been done each day and how the cats were doing.   She was able to medicate one cat who was currently on medication, and followed our instructions for keeping two of the cats separated since we are currently working on introducing them.    We were very pleased and are going to continue using her services in the future!

    They were amazing. My son's dog was near death. They took her in and basically brought her back from the brink. She was there from 9:30 in the morning to 11 o'clock at night. She had multiple intravenous drugs and blood work done, the $285 was pretty reasonable.

    My son's American bull dog was extremely ill. We walked in and they saw her. The Vet tech is an amazing human being. They took one look at her and realize that she was dying. It came on really fast, so they took her in. They called my son and talked to him and admitted her to the hospital. To keep costs down we waited on doing any extra lab work or x-rays and I took her home that night so we didn't have to accrue an overnight. They sent me home with medication. They are an amazing vet place. They saved her life. Her fever was 105and deg; and they swooped in and took her into their ER and put her on ice and got her fever down and they put her on antibiotics. I am a big animal person so that is huge for me. It's an amazing place, good positive energy. The Lab vet was amazing; she took her in right away. There were people ahead of us that had been there a bit but she took her first because we were going to lose her. She explained and everybody understood. It was a great price, they were very professional, they explained everything to us. They also encourage us to call every hour to get an update and to see how she was doing.

    Great. I know I can count on these folks. Everyone is professional and caring. These folks are expensive, but I know that my buddies are getting the best of everything. Plus, my dog is big, protective, and not thrilled with being in the vet's office. So far, they have handled this situation well. I have been going to Quartz Hill veterinary for 6 years.

    It wasn't an overly busy time of day, so our dog could be seen within 5 minutes of our arrival. The vet, Dr. Johnson, and her assistant were able to take her vital signs and take her history immediately. I had taken her in before so they at least had all her meds and x-ray from when I took her a few months earlier for the first time when she was having the start of an aspiration pneumonia. At that visit, the vet went over every organ in her body which was the first time in my dog's 10 years of going to different vets. They gave an itemized cost before any treatment was given so you could pick and choose what you thought was worth it.
    Well this last visit they did the same and even when I wanted another x-ray to look for injury, she said it would be costly and that it appeared by the dogs gait that it was a shoulder strain. She also fully checked with her fingers every vertebrae to make sure it wasn't a spinal issue which is common in this breed. She also recommended that we get her a floatation device for the dog where she can swim in our bathtub so there would be no stress on the shoulder. She gave her an injection of an anti-inflammatory, gave us a 10 day supply of pills to be taken 2x day of pain medication and anti-inflammatory. Also during the exam, she checked all her other cured ailments she had before.
    After 3 days, the dog was back on her feet, but slowly. She did drink water and eat immediately once the pain subsided that day. Her swimming is going well and she is back to barking again, although it was nice in a way having her quiet, but hated that she was not acting well at all. She is now back to climbing her stairs to get on the couch and bed and I found the culprit to her problem - she jumps out of excitement off of the large ottoman we have by the couch and you can see how all her weight (and she is overweight) just forces itself on her stubby front legs. So all is well.
    The are also open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm and will make house calls! They also have a vet on staff for after hour services in an emergency.

    Daphne is very friendly, professional and extremely organized. When she first came to meet the cats prior to signing up for her services, she had a checklist to fill out for our cats so she would remember the various notes about them (such as how much food, are they afraid of anything, where are the litter boxes, etc).
    She was very good with our cats and they warmed right up to her during the first meeting. We have used her services several times, and each time she leaves a nice note telling what the kitties did each day, as well as sending us text message pictures of the cats playing while we are away. (I think our cats like her better than they do us, LOL)
    She also takes care of what I would consider and quot;bonusand quot; items like picking up the mail and watering a house plant when we are gone for longer trips. I don't expect that service, but I am very glad she offers to take care of those small things as well.
    Her fees are very reasonable compared to having our two cats boarded, and the cats aren't stressed out by living in a small cage at a boarding place. Having someone come into your home while you are away takes a lot of trust, but Daphne is very professional and I am completely comfortable leaving our kitties and our house in her hands. I highly recommend her.

    We did not get the services we paid for. We have a keypad on our front door that records the time the lock is locked and unlocked. Based on the data we received by email, we discovered the pet sitter, Alyssa wasn't coming to our home until late at night...after 9pm and even after midnight one of the nights. At least one of the days she didn't take our dog for the walk we paid for, and some of the other days, the walk was after 4pm, hardly the middle of the day like we were promised. We prepared the dog's medications and had them counted out into plastic baggies to make things simple for her. We had medications left over when we returned, meaning she didn't give the medications when she was supposed to.
    After we returned I called Penny at A-Z Critter Care to let her know that her employee didn't fulfill the services we contracted for. I left several messages and no one would return my call. Amazingly though, they still were able to take the time to send me an advertising text message at 6 am on Thanksgiving morning, but still would not return my calls. I texted back to the advertisement and explained that I wished to speak to the owner, Penny about our experience. She finally called me back over a week later and wasn't really interested in what I had to say. How could she run a better business? Site visits on her employees to see if they are really where they are supposed to be. Returning calls would be another must. They were happy to get our call to set up services, but once they had our money, we were not important anymore. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    They are fine as far as vets go but I think all of them charge too much. They are very nice people and they love my dog. They are not overly friendly but they are very efficient and pleasant. They are real considerate of the animals. I like them a lot.
