    Duncan McBride MD
Dr. McBride and his team at UCLA were professional, courteous and kind every step of the way from the initial visit, surgery, and post op follow up.  My surgery results were fabulous!  Pain and numbness all gone.  Thank you Dr. McBride!  You're the BEST!

    Katz, Dr. Andrew L.
Great!  Dr. Katz and staff were wonderful.  Very professional and reassuring.  I had treatment which provided immediate relief with follow-up appointments in January.  This is my second attempt to alleviate my foot pain.  I feel confident with Dr. Katz and team on best possible outcome.

As it turned out when I saw another doctor through my new insurance, the xray showed that the hardware was falling out of the bone causing the bump. Needless to say, the surgery he performed was deemed unnecessary and caused me to have to undergo another surgery to have the hardware removed. Thus, no more bump nor pain with new AFO's that are working great._x000D_|_x000D_|I would guess he would be ok for diabetic nail care but nothing more serious._x000D_|_x000D_|He is also located in a newer office in Palmdale on Auto Center Drive.

    Thomas, Dr. Ivan
I knew of Dr. Thomas when I use to work at Century City Hospital so I knew he had a good reputation.  The office is very nice, tidy and organized.  The office staff greeted me courteously and then I met with a staff member to look at many before and after photos of his patients who had eyelid surgery which looked like what I wanted.  I was then put in an exam room which was also very clean and orderly.  When Dr. Thomas came in, he immediately burst my bubble by his integrity and honesty.  He said an eyelid surgery was not what I needed and it would do very little to correct my eyes; he said my forehead had dropped making my eyebrows fall below my brow bones.
I appreciated his honesty but he does not do that kind of surgery and said that the effects do not last long.  I am still going to see another surgeon in Santa Clarita who does advertise brow/forehead lifts.  Dr. Thomas said to make sure I see photos of any plastic surgeons before and after shots, and to certainly make sure the are Board Certified for plastic surgery.
I just had the feeling that Dr. Thomas, due to his many years in practice, may have dropped certain services and tends to focus more on breast implants and facial peels which are less strenuous and easy money.  I am not saying this out of disrespect, and did appreciate his honesty to not take my money for an eyelid surgery when the results wouldn't be what I was looking for.
I would recommend anyone to get a free consultation for any type of plastic surgery so they can find out if it is something he could do for them.

    Kaiser Permanente
This doctor is allergic to all fragrances / perfumes, and so abruptly left the exam room to put on a mask, cap and gloves. I could not see her face, it was like having a conversation with and quot;Darth Vader in pinkand quot; On a previous visit I had been told that if I quit smoking for 6 months, to return for a prescription for Hormone Replacement Therapy. Returning 6 months later, I was then told I was denied HRT because it was and quot;too dangerousand quot;. I then asked for the medication for smoking cessation because it had been so difficult to quit and was told and quot;it was not on their approved medication listand quot; and therefore unavailable. When requesting medication for nail fungus, I was told it and quot;had too many side effectsand quot;... this Doctor then advised me to and quot;just get OTC fungus cream and shove it under my nails with a matchstick, or toothpick... or somethingand quot; (!!) . She then ordered lab tests, and when I went to the lab, they only had half of her orders, and and quot;lostand quot; my urine sample. When I got home I had 3 frantic messages waiting, from the Lab technician, requesting I return so they could draw more blood. I returned the next day, and was then told they had and quot;foundand quot;the lost sample, that this doctor was very disorganized, and frequently ordered more tests as an afterthought....by the time she had sent the additional test orders, I had already left the facility. There were 3 techs in the lab, who all shook their heads and sort of laughed at this particular doctor. They told me I was the second person that day she had done this to, and she then tried to blame the Lab workers for not completing her orders. I wrote a formal complaint to Kaiser, but their medical review panel supported her, and I was still denied the requested medications. I have since switched doctors, and now go to the Lancaster facility. But, that's another review!

I just think he is a great doctor overall. I have been going to him since 2004 . I initially started going to him becuase I had a back injury. I have gone through kaiser, I have gone their doctors and he is just the best one.

    Jensen, Dr. David
He was recommended to me by a friend.  He is friendly, personable, and answers my questions.  He is good but his office management is awful.  His office management needs improvement in scheduling of appointments and responsiveness.  This past week when I called, I spent 30 minutes on the line; it was transferred 5 times and put on hold 5 times.  I am looking for another doctor and I would use him only until I find another one.

    Robert Jackson MD
He is professional, has a good personality and a good bedside manner. He’s fair and I think he’s more from the old school.  He doesn’t push for a lot of medical work-ups and he lets me try over-the-counter medicines.

He was very good. He is very considerate and I didn't have to wait very long even though his waiting room is always full. His staff is very efficient. He knew what he was doing. It is a nice clean office. The staff is very pleasant and very accommodating.

    Jensen, Dr. David
In may of 2010 I brought my son to Dr. Jensen's office for a routione physical and immunizations. It was our first time going to this office. Dr. Jensen refused to fill out my sons summer camp form unless I paid for a second physical out of pocket. He was not friendly or easy to deal with or talk to. When I brought him in they needed to order his immunizations so we had to come back in two weeks. No big deal, except that this year 2011 when i tried to schedule his immunization they again told me to come in so the doctor could see him then they would order his immunizations and i could bring him back in two weeks to get them. I tried to explain to them i have to work so if we could look up what he needs and order it before we come in so we could save me the extra day off work that would be better. The receptionist immediately refused without talking to the doctor or anyone else. I tried to explain to her again that it was a wasted trip to come in so the doctor could look at his chart and order the shot then come back again later to give it to him. She seemed a little upset that I didnt accept her first answer and told me she will transfer me to the nurses station and I can leave a message and before I could say anything else like lets go ahead and schedule the appointment she transferred me. I called her back and told her thank you for transferring me without me saying ok I would still like to schedule his appointment. At this point she seemed very upset by my bothering her and told me fine your appointment is such and such and immediately hung up on me. I would not reccomend this office for any type of service. Everyone there is hard to deal with and not accomadating in any way from the receptionist all the way to Dr. jensen himself. They seem more concerned with how they can get more money out of you and your insurance than meeting your needs or providing care. I think some of thier actions are borderline fraudulent and possibly illegal. I will be changing offices immediately and will be reporting them to my insurance.
