DVik of Qualified Appliance responded to my home on December 28, 2020. My refrigerator was not cooling and the in-door water dispenser was broken. Vik was in a hurry. I believe he charged me for an Auger (which is part for the ice maker) and not an evaporator motor, which is the part he actually installed. I was charged $156 for the part (an evaporator motor should have cost no more than $86) and $200 for labor (it only took him 20 minutes to install the part). When I asked about the water dispenser, Vik told me he had no time for the repair and left. Although the refrigerator is now cooling (that is why I did not give a grade of "F," it is makng funny noises and because I am so dissatisfied with the service, I have not called Vik to return to check on the noise.

FSCAM. This guy (Kameron Petee) does not have a license. He stole my money. He came by to look at my mini fridge. Said the repairs would cost $1600 and that he would need $800 up front so I gave him cash without getting a receipt (stupid of me). It's been 4 months of him not knowing where the shipment is and he refuses to give me my money back. He has not sent any sort of confirmations, receipts, emails, NOTHING after I asked repeatedly for some sort of confirmations of the order. This guy scams people and stole our money. DO NOT USE.
