    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
We love Remodel Works! After discovering harmful mold and mold byproducts in our home, we had to have many areas (namely the kitchen and 2 bathrooms) torn out. Needless to say we were completely shocked at the level of repair needed. Enter John DeLuca, designer du jour. He helped my mom design the kitchen of her dreams, as well as update the master and guest bathrooms which had been torn down to studs. John was always available for a phone call or text with any questions, even to help us choose paint colors outside of the areas he designed. The construction is still in process, but Lance has been amazing and everything is coming together beautifully. He has kept us updated each step of the way, and has a very calming demeanor (which is always appreciated during construction projects!). Brett has been great as well, always working hard with a big smile when we stop by to check on progress. Both have gone above and beyond in keeping the place in order (we are not staying in the home during this work). They both could have easily just stuck to the project they were hired for, but have done extra detective work in helping us figure out issue after issue with our older home. We know we are in good hands. This process has been emotional, as a remodel was initially something my mom and dad were planning together, but my dad ended up passing away suddenly just over a year ago. It has been such a blessing to be so taken care of by Remodel Works during a rough time. Highly recommend for professional, top notch work, and individuals who really care about their work and clients.

    Joe's Hardwood Floors, Inc.
Joe's Hardwood did a great job blending existing wood floors with new wood floors and finishing so that you can't tell the difference. Their foreman on site Alex was a perfectionist.

    Supremacy painting
Francisco and his team have done a marvelous job. The final result went well beyond our expectations! They painted the exterior of our two-story house and made small fixes on the wooden panels and trims. They have also done a few touch ups in the interiors. Their attention to details is exemplary and we really appreciated Francisco flexibility and ability to make adjustments on the fly to accommodate all of our requests. Additionally, his quote was one of the most competitive out of the four estimates we got. I highly recommend hiring Supremacy Painting for any painting job you may need!

    Joe's Hardwood Floors, Inc.
Our hardwoodfloors went from looking scuffed and botchie and old 2 beautiful lighter-colored modern brand new appearance! Joe was explicit and descriptive with the process and his workers were prompt and consistently showed up 5 days in a row. Alex was detailed from beginning to end, from sanding to putting back on the baseboard, and meticulous with the finishing. This company is worth hiring.

    South OC Handyman
I can not say enough about the Quality of their Work. They were quick to respond to messages and were able to fit my job into their busy schedule sooner than I imagined. They showed up on time and did the work above and beyond what I expected. They quoted me a price and were true to that price. They were extremely respectful of my space, taking care to not damage anything and they also left it cleaner then they found it. They were truly an answer to my prayers after being left with an unfinished project from another person for months. Truly Professional...Thank you Ryan and Joe!!

    Approved Contractor, Inc.
I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc.
