ASequoia Roofing IncSequoia Roofing recently replace the underlay of our 30-yr old roof, re-layed our existing tile and installed new bird stops. Rudy Turner, our point of contact, was always responsive and explained the process so we'd know what to expect. The crew was extremely courteous; they worked very hard and got the job done faster than we would have imagined. They also showed a lot of respect for our yard and our neighbors' yards with the clean-up during and at the end of the project. AWeathermaster Roofing ServicesWe have used Weathermaster Roofing several times over the past 7 years for residential and commercial roofing projects. At the company helm are a father and son team with a true passion for roofing and extensive experience and knowledge for all roof construction issues. There is no problem they can't solve. We have used them for complete roof replacements, major and extensive roof repairs for leaks, replacement of roof skylights, and remediation and repair of commercial roofs. Their repairs stand the test of time and their new roof installations are of the highest quality construction and materials. They have very strict standards that they adhere to for function and aesthetics. In roofing it's what's underneath that counts, and Chris and CJ Wilder are perfectionists in their attention to all the details that go into engineering a tightly constructed roof. The quality of workmanship has always been excellent and they never cut corners. They are the most honest, ethical company we have ever worked with. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't up-sell. They recommend only what is truly necessary. For leaks in existing roofs, they are true experts in finding and diagnosing the problem and solving it in the most intelligent and cost effective way. For new roof replacements, the quality of their work and materials is apparent when you first view all the steps included in their detailed construction bid, but it's not just the attention to detail, but how they deliver on those details that sets them apart from other companies. For example, this year they did a complete roof replacement which included replacement of 100 lineal feet of fascia boards. We expected with that amount of board replacement to have a fair amount of stucco patching, but they removed the boards so cleanly that there was only one very small spot that had to be patched. They primed and painted all 6 sides of each newly installed board prior to installation to prevent future rot. The old underlayment was completely removed so that the roof diaphragm could be thoroughly inspected and all areas repaired before installing new double layers of underlayment. There's nothing better than feeling confident that the very bottom foundation layers of your new roof are sound and secure from the start. They use premium caulk and pay a lot of attention to make sure all the joints and gaps are caulked for a tight installation. When an unexpected windstorm developed during construction, Chris returned on a Sunday to ensure that the roof-in-progress was secure for the storm. Every project they've ever done has always been with the same attention to detail using the best materials and craftsmanship. Over the years they have established an excellent track record and we feel they are the best in town for roofing. There may be a wait to schedule with them, but they are definitely worth the wait.- SANDRA M.

AAlpha RoofingFrom the first phone conversation with Carlos, to the completion of the job, we were 100% impressed with Alpha roofing. We met with Caleb, who provided the job bid. He also came by another day with large samples of the asphalt shingles to help us choose the best color for our home. We had a few questions as we were deciding which company to hire and Carlos responded quickly to any question we had. He was patient, professional and pleasant. The crew arrived on time on all work days. Jose was our on site project manager. As the job progressed, they were informative and professional when we had any questions. They finished before the estimated time line and did a good job cleaning up any nails and debris. The new roof looks amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased we selected Alpha Roofing. AR L Scott and Son RoofingExcellent job! I have used several roofing companies in my life, but R.L. Scott and Son roofing far exceeded expectations. I originally met the workers, just by chance, as they were getting food and water from a local 7/11 after finishing a job. They looked tired and worked but they were open to conversation. They spoke highly of the owner and company and were polite. A few days later I met with the owner at my residence for a job quote. Richard was very polite, professional, easy to talk to and he listened to my wishes without seeming to be burdened or pushy. After the necessary questions and answers dialog, he made sure I had no more questions or concerns and in a couple of days got back to me with a quote that was under what my wife and I were expecting. The job went very smooth. They worked cleanly and professionally with a super work ethic of doing quality work. What really stood out, besides the quality work, was the complete lack of foul language and actions one would expect from a construction crew. I am very pleased with R.L. AGreat company to work with. The owner Steve was very professional, and attentive to all my roofing needs. His workers are hard working individuals and very meticulous. The tear down took 3.5 hours. That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. What a awesome job they did. I was so blown away how efficiently they worked and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Roofs. They are a perfect 10 in my book or a 5 Star company. They are a force to be reckoned with.
