We hired Dan Hutchinson and his amazing crew to paint the exterior of our house last week. We received great customer service throughout every aspect of the job. Alex and Gino were very helpful in assisting us in selecting our colors and offered great advice. Alex and Ruben went above and beyond in repairing our stucco where needed and even offered to address a few unrelated issues such as fixing our bird netting in areas that are beyond our reach. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. They did an outstanding job and our house looks better than brand-new. We highly recommend Dan Hutchinson and CertaPro painters.- Patricia W.

AA&M New Home Real Estate PaintingIsidro came on time and with all the supplies to match our colors and to provide new options for how the painting would be handled. He gave us timelines and even when we asked for more work to be completed by him and his team, they finished everything in the agreed upon timeframe. We were moving in during their painting and all employees were kind and asked how they could help with finishing convenient rooms for our move into the house. They were very professional, competent and friendly. They communicated with us in such a prompt manner every step of the way...from reaching out to them for a quote, receiving their bid, scheduling the appointment, coming out to do their fabulous work, and emailing us a full report to forward to our insurance company with detailed photos. They did such a through and great job transforming our roof. Our new insurance company required the moss from our roof to be removed by a licensed and insured company in order for us to continue having coverage with them, and SoCal Soft Wash saved the day!- Terri W.

ASoCal SoftWashAwesome job! In all of my years of having work done on various properties, I have never seen a more professional organization. Sid takes real pride in his work, and his Company's level of communication with the customer is superb. We needed a commercial/residential building completely washed after a year of neglect. I contacted 3 companies for a bid, and Sid was the only one that communicated exactly how he would complete the job. His office reached out to me right away, and scheduled a meeting to review the job in person. He priced the job very competitively considering the amount of work that it needed. He was honest and thorough, and scheduled the job when it worked for our group. At one point, we thought we would need to shift the timing, and his office was quick to accommodate our schedule. When Sid and his team arrived to do the work, they communicated with all of the tenants and residents to be sure that all of their concerns were met first. The job took two full days, and Sid even returned a third day just to get a couple of places that he felt "could be better" even though we were completely satisfied. The before and after pictures are incredible. We are very pleased with the level of detail and care they took with our property, and very impressed with their integrity. Sadly, there are few companies out there that care this much about their customers' needs, but this Company stands out. This is truly a family owned business that stands behind their word. AMario's Pressure Washing ServicesIt went well. Mario was friendly and energetic. He was on time and surprisingly, he worked solo. He even power washed a couple of areas (separate storage shed, etc) that I felt had really weren’t badly soiled, but he threw this in at no extra charge. He also offered me he a $75 reduction in the normal charges for a home this size and the amount of dirt removal needed because I used Angie’s List, a perk I appreciated. When completed, he took the time to help me inspect his work before accepting payment of our agreed upon price.- Mike D.

AApproved Contractor, Inc.I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc.- James O.

AApproved Contractor, Inc.From day one, I knew I was in good, professional hands working with Justin at Approved Contractor. Being out of state I was initially worried undertaking much required repairs (assisting my eldering aunt with so many repairs on her home). My fears were put to rest immediately. Justin did a walkthrough of the property via live video with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. His team removed so much damaged wood from the roof and garage and replaced with new wood and a shingle roof. His team additionally replaced a sliding glass door, power washed the entire exterior of the home, repaired and replaced stucco that was damaged on the exterior beautifully, repaired a retaining wall by my aunt's front lawn and painted the entire exterior of the home and garage. I could not have been more happier with the not only the ease of the process in working with Approved Contractor but the workmanship was superior. Every worker took pride in not only their work but they were professionals all the way around and took special care in cleaning up afterwards. AThe Painting Company LLCThe Painting Company staff were all professional, responsive, and thorough. We worked directly with Wayne, Colton and Lino, all of whom were dedicated to doing a good job. When our front door was found to be beyond salvaging, the contract was renegotiated to remove the cost of refinishing it without any hesitation and a change order was processed immediately. We requested that the patio and walkway be pressure washed and this service was provided at no additional cost.
