These guys were the best value by far. The product they use is high quality with awesome warranties. ARemodel Works Bath & KitchenWe love Remodel Works! After discovering harmful mold and mold byproducts in our home, we had to have many areas (namely the kitchen and 2 bathrooms) torn out. Needless to say we were completely shocked at the level of repair needed. Enter John DeLuca, designer du jour. He helped my mom design the kitchen of her dreams, as well as update the master and guest bathrooms which had been torn down to studs. John was always available for a phone call or text with any questions, even to help us choose paint colors outside of the areas he designed. The construction is still in process, but Lance has been amazing and everything is coming together beautifully. He has kept us updated each step of the way, and has a very calming demeanor (which is always appreciated during construction projects!). Brett has been great as well, always working hard with a big smile when we stop by to check on progress. Both have gone above and beyond in keeping the place in order (we are not staying in the home during this work). They both could have easily just stuck to the project they were hired for, but have done extra detective work in helping us figure out issue after issue with our older home. We know we are in good hands. This process has been emotional, as a remodel was initially something my mom and dad were planning together, but my dad ended up passing away suddenly just over a year ago. It has been such a blessing to be so taken care of by Remodel Works during a rough time. Highly recommend for professional, top notch work, and individuals who really care about their work and clients.- Alex H.

AOrtiz Quality Painting ServicesSaul did a great job at a fair price. Job took longer than he originally estimated, but we had beige and browns for wall colors the job required 3 coats of paint vs. the two he anticipated at the onset of the job. Additionally, we have a great room with 32’ ceiling which took over a week alone to paint. Total job was apps. 3,700-3,800 sq ft. AWe wanted to remodel our kitchen so we received 4 quotes on the job. We selected Regal Concepts and Design for two main reasons, their price was competitive and they are a small company that used their own crew, no subcontractors. The owner Paul Lyttle, was very good about helping us make decisions on what we wanted done and materials to use. He gave us a list of vendors that he worked with most often, which was very helpful. When Regal Concepts started the work in March we met the crew of two. Alex and Jose were awesome. They were here on time each day and always left the place clean before leaving for the day. They did excellent work on the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and laying the flooring. Our kitchen was very outdated and now it is a beautiful up to date kitchen with expanded counter tops. We love it. Paul was very good about responding back to us with any questions we had, either by email, phone or in person in a timely manner. He came to the house on a daily basis to check the work. Paul and his crew were great and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

AI highly recommend Bison Constructors. We hired Bison for a large project for a Homeowners Association to rebuild all of the stairwells due to termite/water damage. Bison came in much lower than most of the other contractors. All contractors mentioned that if there was additional damage there would be additional costs. This was somewhat concerning because it could essentially become a blank check once the project is started. There did end up being additional repairs needed but Bison has been great and completely fair with the extra costs. He was good with communication, scheduling and completeing the job on time. His work has also been outstanding. He did a really nice job and it turned out better than we hoped. We've since hired him to do several other projects around the building. I would absolutely recommend him for any project and have already done so.
