    Stated how much we wanted to spend and what we wanted to buy. Salesman showed us some options, we made our choices, and he put together the deal. No pressure. Appliances arrived the next day.

    We bought a large appliance and some other things from LOWE'S and they delivered it. They were friendly and professional when they delivered it. The appliance had some problems and they were not helping in getting it fixed. The price was good. The punctuality was fine. It depends if I would use LOWE'S in the future if needed.

    The owner and his one employee were great to work with, friendly, professional, etc. They had a great variety of fabrics to choose from (I can be very picky), and gave good advice when I asked for it. The work was done quickly and right on budget.

    Both a mobile home with three old kenmore side by side.  It never really defrosted, to did the old tried and true method....turn off refrigerator open freezer door and stand the fan in front for three hours.  This will defost all...due this every three months and then call Hudson's Appliance.  Or better yet call Hudson's at the first sign of trouble.

    We had to buy new appliances for a home we were scheduled to close on; it was built in 2001 and the dishwasher was completely trashed by the hard water here in Chico, the disposal was worn out, plus the sellers were taking the washer/dryer and refrigerator. We also had to do some remodeling (tile, carpet, painting) and wanted everything done before we moved in. Luckily, we were referred to Ginno's and found all the brands we wanted. Better yet, the salesman, hearing our situation, time frame and budget, suggested we wait for 2 weeks and take advantage of their annual sale which is AMAZING. This sale is by invitation only and usually limited to their client list. I appreciated the fact that we were invited since we were brand new to Chico and had no history with Ginno's. We were able to afford top of the line Maytags and KitchenAid appliances, all of which were delivered and installed on a schedule that met our needs perfectly. The savings were significant.

    We visited the Roseville store more than once in an effort to find just the right pieces. We didn't find everything we wanted but did get two chairs and a headboard that were beautiful. They were very helpful and wrapped the furniture well for transporting. I couldn't give them an A for the quality of the furniture because they aren't a high end furniture store. However, what we got was good for what we paid so we are quite satisfied with our purchases.

    Months later now it is 2011 and I receive an invoice from them requesting payment. When I called to talk to them about it, I was told that they had done me a favor by doing the the unapproved work and expected payment. I told them I will not pay for work I did not approve to be done. The owner told me that they have the internet and would destroy me and my business and then he hung up the phone ending the discussion. How would I describe The Restoration Co., unprofessional in every way.

    A very pleasant, easy-going fellow who does great work! I discovered his at-home business by accident, driving by, and decided to give him a try by having him repair and refinish my dining room chairs--one at a time so I would still have chairs to sit on, and so I could stop bringing them if I didn't like his workmanship. Well, I liked the price and the quality of the work very much. All the chairs were done, and I then brought him a broken piano bench that I wasn't even sure could be fixed. He did it, and it is as good as new. In most cases the work was done within a few days, and he would promptly call and let me know my item was ready. He was always pleasant and professional throughout the many encounters we had.

    I will never do business with this company. We ordered three loveseats, only after getting angry with them did I find out two of the loveseats were 'ready', but in S. Calif. Would I like to have them brought up to Northern California and get the third one later? That turned out to be a lie also. I enjoyed the fact that we had out of town company on June 4-7 and we didn't have enough seating. We would have been okay with 6-8 weeks, but 10 was a week too late for our guests. The nicest person was the guy at the warehouse. He actually seems as though he cared.

    Very poorly. From my experience and discussions with other former clients, they apparently are always late on their deliveries and never have a straight story for the customer. You might finally get the product, but it will all ways be several weeks to months after they tell you it will be at the time of purchase. Staff was friendly and appeared knowledgeable but the company does not seem to care about meeting commitments. I am now waiting on repairs to the products that were delivered damaged. Who knows if they will be repaired.
