My son's wife was the one that noticed I had the problem and I trusted her since she is in the medical field. I found Dr. Brown and he has been great to me. His diagnosis was right on and I wake up refreshed in the mornings now. He does a lot of research and he really knows his stuff. The building he is located in has four floors of doctors so it is very hard to find parking. Dr. Stephen Brown is an excellent doctor so I make appointments when I think I can get around the parking issue.

    Apria Health Care
They are a very helpful clinic and were good about fitting me for the machine and setting my machine settings properly. They are helpful with needed adjustments with the machine, mask and tubing replacements when necessary. They really take time with you, show you clearly how things work, answer questions thoroughly and I'd recommend them to anyone in need. I'm glad they were referred to me.

    Caldwell Dental Care
It all started on 11-26-12 I took my pill the night before and got a good nights sleep, I woke up the next morning and remembered that I had to go to the dentist and went into full panic mode. My wife reminded me to take my morning pill, and so I did and to my great and very happy surprise I woke up at seven that evening and had no memory of the dental visit earlier that morning , there was a little swelling (very minor) and just the smallest hint of pain (it went away after about thirty minutes). And this is how all my visits to DR Caldwell have gone, every time I had a visit with the dentist to have work done it went smooth and no pain at all, but the best part is that I don't remember a thing, no pain, no drilling, no fear, and best of all I now have my life back, and I can smile in public without feeling like I have to hide my teeth. I will never let myself get to that point again, the good folk at DR Caldwell dental are kind and very friendly and for the first time in my life I have someone that understands my fear and it seems all that comes with it, and for this I can never fully thank them enough. Even now when I go in to get my teeth cleaned they understand that I'm just on the arrested side of shear hysteria and work with me every step of the way, and they know get me in, get me out as fast as possible and they do it every time. As a result of their kind care, and working with me about my fears, I can go there and have the work done and know that every time I'm going to get nothing but best of care. I don't think that there will ever be a time when I can just go to a dental visit without fear, but I now know that with the help of DR Caldwell and his great staff I can be a hole person again, and not the person the hides in the corner hopping that I wont be noticed. Even my coworkers have noticed a change in me and the way that I interact with them, I just wish that I had met DR Caldwell years before, but 'he's my dentist now and I intend on keeping that way from now on! So if you are like me just make a call like I did and your life will change for the better, all you have to do is to take that first step I know how hard it is, but I'm so glad that I did it, thank you DR Caldwell and thank you to your wonderful staff.

    Brown, Stephen
He and I are about the same age. He knows who I am. I've been with him for about 8 years. He's my sleep doctor. He does control sleep at night and he put me on oxygen a couple of years ago at night. My overall experience with him is very good. If you make an appointment, he's there and I've never had any episodes of emergency. When I travel, they make sure that I have a concentrated dose at night. The office environment is fine. He's punctual, when one makes an appointment, he's there. The staff doesn't turn over as mush as some of the others. The receptionist is good. When I call and leave a message either for her or for Dr. Brown, I would hear within 24 hours. The effectiveness of treatment is very good. Had it not been for Dr. Brown, I am sure I would have been dead by this time because I had severe problem breathing and I am sure I would have died in my sleep. The billing and administration is fine as I use my medicare. I would use him in the future and have an appointment in March.

Dr. West and his office staff are all terrific!! He is very thorough and personable and explains all of the treatments in detail answering all of your questions. I highly recommend this dentist for both regular dentistry and sleep apnea related dental appliances. He does a great job!!!

It has been fair. The staff is very nice, but the doctor seems uninterested and rushed. I would not use him again if I had to start over.

    TMJ and Sleep Therapy Centre
I keep calling back but no one takes my calls. Dr. David Shirazi is like a one-trick pony--they don't take you on if you don't bring enough. In a class of a hundred physicians, the hundredth physician gets a license, too, so he has all of his qualifications but that doesn't make him a good doctor. He's with the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Center but tries to take advantage of people. It was so expensive, and now he’s not taking insurance. So $10,000 worth of expenses is out of pocket. He charged $65 for one acupuncture site. He firmly believes in chiropractics and physical therapy, which is good, but if you don’t go through with all of the things he suggests, he does not consider you “compliant”. He just seems to follow the rules his group gives him to pass out, as there are no special needs met, and now I might have to have braces as he didn’t even check the equipment before using it and he has moved my teeth so much. He presents himself as far more qualified than he actually is. Basically he sells the work of other doctors as his own.

Did not work very well but most important - if you call for the free sample as seen on TV, you will be enrolled in an automatic resupply. I did see the notice on the TV only after I knew to look for it. They canceled me quickly but I would never have ordered in the first place had I known.

My main concerns are: 1.       The company?s charges are excessive.  My wife got a similar equipment from another provider and did not have to pay any of the charges I had to pay.  She has the same insurance I do. 2.       The company should provide full disclosure as to the costs involved at the time it delivers the equipment.  If I had known, I would have bought the equipment on the web.  Why pay more than double the internet purchase price? 3.       The company should consider the insurance companies as an extension of the customer.   My perception was that this company felt that I as long as someone else was paying I should not be concerned about it and that my real cost was the amount I had to pay out of pocket because a $500 deductible prescribed by my insurance.  However, I am truly concerned about payments my health insurance has to make on my behalf.  Eventually, having to make large payments would have to translate into higher premiums for those insured. 4.       The billing statements should be comprehensive and reflect past balance, debits, credits, and current balance; including payments made by the insurance company as well as the customer.
