DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The people who show up at your house from Best are co-owners of this employee-owned company and it shows. Though you won't see 2 guys show up in nice clothes, they will be 2 people wearing the attitude of professionalism and an excellent work ethic. Best will be putting in our blow-in insulation, but since we had a lot of attic work to be done with an additon to our home, we hired them to vacuum out the old insulation. With it came nails and debris from a prior roofing job, which partly destroyed their suction hose and slowed the job down by the sheer bulk of garbage. October 2 and 3 were hot days, and in the attic that heat is intensified by tens of degrees hotter. Larry and his partner (whose name I cannot spell) worked 2 full hot days and unbelievably kept their same friendly and obliging outlook. Both of them were smokers, which we don't prefer, but when they smoked they never threw the butts down on our property, but tossed them into their own container which they removed. They got the attic of a 4/12 pitch roof 80-90% clean, it would have been easier for them if not for the pieces of wood, nails and asphalt paper, which were too heavy or too destructive of their equipment so we did have to come and get those by hand.
