AConner's ApplianceAfter the bearing was installed, the technician saw that there were a few other things that needed attention. These were problems that I'd had from day one, since I bought the unit new. After the repairs, my Cabrio washer worked better than new. My house was left clean and the technician was very professional, and best part, on time ( early by a few minutes) to my appointment. Definitely a class act company.- Don K.

He suggested we try leveling it first and if that didn't work I could decide if I wanted to spend the money on major repair or just replace the machine. AConner's ApplianceTruly a nice experience considering my machine broke Saturday morning and I was able to book an appointment online for the following Monday. Tom showed up, took the machine apart, showed me the broken parts, went out to his van, installed the new parts and had the machine working immediately. He told me how much it was going to be, ordered the parts and was back out that week to repair it. He repaired my daughters stackable washer and dryer and cleaned out the dryer. AAngels applianceI was moving my mom from the house I grew up in and she really wanted to have her old refridg. It didn't quite survive the move, the evaporator fan went out. Mike came over, same day and found the problem. He gave me ideas on how to find the parts, which I did easily on Ebay for $12.86 (that included shipping) When I got the part in, he came over and installed it... it didn't work. Not the kind of guy to give up, he went in the back and figured out how to do it and which wire it was. Now it works, maybe even for another 50 years, lol. He is extremely nice and fun to work with. We told jokes the whole time. I spent 2 house calls ($130). Anew refrig is $2100 (for the one I want anyway) So, this is money well spent. I highly recommend this fantastic person.- sally h.

FHe called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
