    As long as you don't have anything serious, she is fine. However, if you have anything serious in the future, find another doctor fast. Her office is manged very poorly, it has high turnover, and they are poorly informed. We had a medical condition came up, they got our insurance wrong(made assumptions and never checked), sent us in circles for weeks, thought we had an HMO and we didn't, never told us the whole story, and sent us to different doctors and then we found out we couldn't use them. My advice to her, you are not capable of running an effective office and the people you hire aren't either. Please join a bigger group that has the expertise you clearly lack, and after all these years you haven't learned how to do it right.

    I got a new insurance company and I chose Dr. Massen as my primary physician, cense it's a new insurance I asked if I had a co pay, the girl checked and said until I meet my deductible it will be $104 for a visit, I asked if she can double check please, I called MY insurance company and the representative said that it's different depends on a doctor and with contract we have with Dr. Massen if its $104 for a visit you are only responsible for $22. When I called back and to Gaby who I spoke with that my insurance said it's only $22 based on the contract, she said no it's not and asked if the representative how deductibles work, so she was trying to say that she knows better the a person from my insurance staring at the computer screen with Dr. Massens name dosn't know. And she keeps insisting I was wrong, basically sayin you are stupid and i'm right, so basically insulting me like i'm an idiot. Horrible receptionist, highly don,t recommend this office.

    My husband goes to see him regularly every several months for on-going care. We love, love, love him. It's an electronic office so they have all of their records electronic. They can get lab reports electronically from certain labs so you can chart everything well. It's really nice. He's also extremely personal, very country care, the old time hands on physician that knows you. He is high tech and high touch.

    This review covers both offices, as the staff is the same.
    After having a relatively good history of experiences here, I have had my 2nd very frustrating experience, enough so to prompt me to write a review.
    While you're there in person, things are pretty good. But my bad experiences have been dealing with the staff and faxes to/from a pharmacy or another doctor's office. What makes things worse is that they have 2 offices in different locations, open on different days. So communication and faxing can get very confusing.
    1) Experience one - Trying to get blood work faxed to another doctors office took 4 calls, over the course of 2 weeks. They swore up and down that they faxed the blood work, but the receiving office says they never got anything. I finally had to complain enough to get the staff to actually call the other doctor and make sure they worked it out between them that the fax arrived. This should be standard procedure if I call back a 2nd time to say the other office never got the fax.
    2) The next frustrating experience has had to do with getting a doctor's approval to renew a perscription with my pharmacy. The pharmacy has faxed the request to both offices. I have called both offices. My insurance ends tomorrow and I impressed upon the staff member that I needed this approved today, before my insurance runs out. They said they would do this and call me back with a status before the office closed. But did they do this? Nope.
    I'm going to start looking for another primary care provider with better reviews.

    All good!
    Staff were personable and professional. Dr. DeLange is great. He spent time getting to know my needs and my medical history. He was efficient and presents an open communication style - which I value highly. I believe one's health care is a cooperative effort between practitioner and patient. Dr. DeLange and his team provide this in spades.
    In addition to the introductions, review of medical history, consultation regarding prescriptions I wanted renewed, the Dr. also removed a bothersome corn and set me up for lab work. It was a full initial visit. I felt all my needs were taken care of. I appreciated the inclusion of the lab work as furthering the knowledge base regarding my ongoing conditions.
    I found Dr. DeLange by looking at the list of providers in the area and comparing options against angie's list reviews. This worked well and I expect to stay with Dr. DeLange into the future.

    Dr. Chin is kind, thorough, has an incredible amount of knowledge, and treats her patients like human beings, not just a medical number. She returns calls and emails quickly and really listens to what your needs might be. I highly recommend her.

    We found them to be very good and their price is excellent. My experience with them was very good. He kept us aware of everything that was written in. They know what they were doing. They have a very complete test which you could understand. They are good at explaining everything. The price was about half what I previously paid and it was for a better unit.

    I'd give them an A on everything except these Ad solidarity services they have, like optical and hearing aids. They should stick to their main core business which is basic medical. They are excellent with that. They are a huge organization, so if you need some special treatments you might be sent to another Kaiser facility. Day in and day out we go there. What we really like is that when after you have your blood taken you can go online and get all your readings of all the things that they test. It relieves a lot of anxiety for one thing.

    When you get a bad deal like that, you never forget it. The experience with the hearing aid carried over for the 6 or 7 years, and one of them kept failing. I paid $52 for the hearing aids, I wanted to make them work somehow, but it never worked out. What I should have done was throw them away right away and got another pair from another company. They seemed professional in every way except the quality of the product. They do good testing and they to be cooperative, but after you take things back two or three times you just get tired of doing it. They fix it and it will work for a week and then quit working, so after a while I just gave up.

    I would not have the laser treatment done again. I didn't receive the outcome that I had expected or that was advertised. My wrinkles were not diminished and the scars were not lessened. I never saw Dr. Bansal during the office visits or laser procedure. I saw only the nurse.
