MusclesForMe has become a very important part of our Health Team. We have been coming to their private studio, 2x a week for the last 4 years. Our dedicated trainer, Cari, is professional, educated, motivating and intuitive. We look forward to each visit knowing he will be challenged in a safe and friendly environment. She designs his unique program for each session, but allows for how his body/mind is functioning that day and quickly adapts his workout, if needed. I watch them each time, and often Cari even motivates me to join in on the workout-fun. The results show in his balance, strength, posture, and overall well-being. Thank you, MusclesForMe!   It was excellent and have used the program several times since 2009 and if it weren't for Gigi and Lance the program would not be the same. With her help, I was able to lose 30 pounds in a healthy way, despite having sleep apnea and PCOS, which both make it very difficult to lose weight and very easy to gain. I can't say that about any other program I've ever tried and I've tried them all! This was not a diet, it is my new permanent lifestyle. He will give you websites to ultra pure and NUTRIENT  dense products that will enhance your wellness in all respects. He is very knowledgeable, personable, truly cares and is open for questions and suggestions when needed. I have consulted with other nutritionist for diets, health concerns and have only found there knowledge to be mainstream, to get optimal results you need optimal coaching. I am willing to take all the necessary steps to achieve this. With his guidance and kindness I feel the journey is both doable and I am already seeing results in just one month!!!

  Dr. Food Medical Weight Loss

  I wanted to write this review after I'd been in the program for a while. I started in March of 2014 - and it's now been one full year. Week 1 was a challenge - I had to focus on myself for the first time in years! But, I did it!  The result: I lost 11.2 pounds in seven days (yes, that's right 11.2 pounds in ONE WEEK!) Talk about amazing! I kept it up for another 11 weeks and was astonished when I learned (at my 12 week weigh-in) that I'd lost a total of 45 pounds! I went from a size 22 to a size 16. I gave away five bags of clothes - and now I'm in a four week maintenance phase. I'm holding steady at 215 pounds - and getting ready to enter another 12 week drop phase. It's really miraculous.  The support I've received from the team at Dr. Food has been nothing short of astounding. They've been there to support me on a rough week, and to cheer me on when I'm doing well. My husband is so excited to see my progress after seeing me fail at numerous other diet programs. I'm finally learning that it's all about making myself a priority.
