  • I heard a noise in my stairlift, called John Allero on June 20, he made an appointment and came out on June 21, determined that the unit needed a part that would take a week to arrive from manufacturer. I had a planned vacation trip and would not return until July 6. On  July 7, he came promptly and repaired the unit in less than 2 hours. Over the years that I've had to deal with John he's is so personable, honest and dependable. Without hesitation I would recommend him to any and everyone.

  • The concierge fee is relatively low because it does not cover a full year of office visits. Prepare to pay extra, especially if he needs to refer you to someone else to interpret a basic test, a likelihood because his medical knowledge is about 20 years behind that of every other doctor I've gone to in the past ten years. I'm not on Medicare and unlike every other out-of-network provider I've gone to, he apparently does NOT use the extra time to update his medical knowledge with the latest medical research or conducting and publishing his own peer-reviewed research.

    Should have believed the review I read on another site that said he "doesn't listen." Doctor's bedside manner is condescending toward patients and other doctors. He limits his practice to conventional medicine, with disdain for any functional or complementary or alternative approaches or practitioners thereof and/or their diagnoses. Misdiagnosed me with a condition that I told him was prone to misdiagnosis. If you have a rare disease or are in any way different from the typical participant in last century's medical studies, go elsewhere because he's too fixed in his outdated opinion. My primary reason for going to him was because he doesn't use a hospital's hospitalists but there's no advantage in him being my hospitalist because his medical advice would cause the type of adverse drug events that I want a hospitalist to prevent.

    Overall, reminds me of the old proverb, "He who knows not that he knows not is a fool - avoid him."

    On the other hand, his office staff is outstandingly friendly and competent and helpful.

  • He's a very personal dentist. He has good bedside manner, very thorough, and I've been with him for years and I'm satisfied with his work. He knows what needs to be done and he does it in a timely manner. He's a good dentist.

  • They were outstanding. Dr. Alexander was excellent. The staff, front desk, everybody was really helpful. It was the first time we had used them and it was easy. The optometrist was very good. Talking with them was very easy. The doctor was very helpful and friendly, he answered all my questions. I had really detailed questions about my last problem when it came to contact lens and he explained everything to me. They gave me over five pairs to try them out and that was really convenient. They changed few color lenses and checked my comfort. They explained everything they did. He also gave me options. He also talked to the optician that helped me pick out my glasses and they told me about glasses that I haven’t heard about before that fits your face better.

  • It as great. I'm happy with Kaiser. I've had Kaiser all of my married life. I joined when I was 21 and I'm 66 now. I'm very satisfied. I like everything in one roof. I'm eligible for Medicare but I'm not using it now because I'm still with them after my husband. When I have to switch over when he retired I'm still going to stick with them. I'm pretty healthy, I don't go in very often. If you don't like to be hassled going to this doctor or that specialist to join Kaiser because they have everything under one roof. They have all your medical records and they have you check your email to encourage healthy lifestyle. They have nutrition classes. It's a very good service.

  • They are excellent.  They’re great about rescheduling and reminding you of your appointments.  They are also great about when he goes in doing a total assessment of his dental needs and if necessary referring him back to the dentist.  We needed some work done at the orthodontists and the dentists literally on the same day and they were very good about scheduling that and coordinating with the dentist.  When you go in for an appointment, they will schedule you next for the appointment.

  • They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They can address and issues and concerns that you have as far as physical ailments. The approach that they give is a professional one and for a therapy it is very enjoyable. They actually teach you how to take care of the problem in a long term scenario. They are highly trained, very knowledgeable and very professional.

  • I first made an appointment with Giovanna in Nov '13 and I've had many since. She arrived a little early to set up each time, and the one time she was going to be late she called to let me know. She communicates very well throughout the process regarding my specific issues and level of pressure. All of our interactions have led me to believe that she is a warm person who genuinely cares about healing her clients. So far, my insomnia, stress, digestive issues, and muscle aches are getting much better. I have tried a few of her different types of massage treatments, and the bamboo is my favorite. In all of my years receiving massages I hadn't even heard about that treatment, but it was wonderful. I woke up the next day so energized and my muscles so loose (instead of always tight with tension and stress). She has a website I can make appointments on, but I had a little difficulty so she also takes the time after each appointment to see if I know my schedule and want to book right then so I don't have to worry about it or risk forgetting. I highly recommend Giovanna, and definitely starting out with the welcome package.

  • The experience my wife had with Dr. Gary T. Oda was good. He's rather on the expensive side, but he's good. My wife went there because he is Japanese and speaks Japanese, which is exactly what she wanted.

  • She's excellent and my son loves her. She's just very thorough. My son goes to see her once a month. Her billing is excellent, we got monthly billing. There been times when my son in between his time of going to his regular dentist and her she'll make a referral if she thinks something arrive where he needs to really go back to the regular dentist and she'll write a referral slip. Once he had to have some dental work done and she actually coordinated with the other dentist at the off. She took off the braces and let the work to be done. She's an excellent orthodontics and I'm glad we have her.
