  • I am writing this review for follow up work that was done on Jan 11th, 2018 and it relates to a bad review I wrote on Jan. 9th, 2018 for the initial experience I had on Jan 8th, 2018 with Quality Carpet Cleaning. I was very unhappy with some of the work done on Monday, Jan.8th, 2018. I hired this company because of all the excellent reviews and ratings on Angie's List. For details on what I was unhappy about you can find my review as the person who paid $844.00. I have to say now, I am VERY IMPRESSED with how this company responds to reviews. I never expected to hear from anyone, and was just planning on chalking it up to a bad choice that I would never hire again, but Mark called me up the day after I posted my review and we discussed the experience, and he asked if he could send someone out to rectify what I was not happy with. Kevin was the guy that showed up on Jan 11th, 2018. I showed him what I was unhappy with and he got right to work cleaning edges next to walls, the edges of the chair cushions and the straps that snap to hold the cushions in place that were not cleaned, etc.. I was very pleased when Kevin left my house. Mark called me a couple of times to follow up and to make sure I was happy with the end results. He also refunded half of the original amount that I was charged for 3M Scotchgard because I thought that $387.00 was way too pricey, especially since my chairs were all just a cushion on the seat and the back, hardly any material to treat. In my experience, it is very rare for an executive of a company to go to such lengths to read all reviews, and follow up with customers and make sure they are completely happy with the work performed for them. I definitely recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will definitely not hesitate to call them for future work, especially if Mark Wils is still running the operation.

  • Very well. The technician was early, was very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job in a very short time. He even gave me tips on cleaning my newly installed carpets, although he was only there to do the upholstery.

  • This review is about Air Duct Professionals and I want you to know that I finally found a company that was honest and professional. Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves. I whole-heartedly recommend this company for their professional work and honesty.

  • When their guy Roberto arrived, he did his normal thing and went up to the attic to do inspections. He came back down and told me that he could not do cleaning because we had fiberglass in our air system. He then proceeded to "educate" me and told me that I would need to replace my air handling system and plenum box. He told me we had R2 grade air ducts and that if they did the cleaning it would tear up the ducting. He told me that this would cost $4000. I was shocked because our house is not that old and I asked to see the system myself. He opened it up and yes our air system box had a fiberglass lining but everything was clean. I even put my hand in there and could not even get dust on my finger. I told Roberto I am not going to make a decision today. The way I do things is do my homework, get more companies to come out and give me a second opinion. I was adamant and then Roberto said to me how about if I drop the price to $3500. I told him again I don't work that way, I do my homework first. Then the shocker was when he said to me "how much do you want to pay?" I'm thinking what the "f". I'm not paying you anything. So he's packing up all his stuff to leave and I remember he told me earlier that the company is licensed, bonded and insured. I asked him can you give me a copy of your license and insurance. He said that he only has one copy and that he cannot give it to me. So I asked him can I take a picture of it on my cell phone. He resisted and said no at first. So in the next few days, I got more companies to come in and take a look at the air system (companies with actual HVAC people). As my intuition confirmed, there was nothing wrong with my air system. They told me that SL Home Designs was trying to scam and upsell me. Some homebuilders in the past put in air systems with fiberglass linings and also our air ducts was R4 grade NOT R2 like what Roberto was trying to scare me about. But the other HVAC companies said my home would still be up to code even with my current air system. So watch out for SL Home Designs. They hook you with an Air Cleaning promo but then when they come in, they won't do the work or try to upsell you. As in my case, they tried to make me replace everything for $4000 when I only wanted the $279 air duct cleaning. Needless to say, I had another company clean my air ducts and it did not tear up the ducts and my house is still standing fine.

  • I paid for 8 hours divided by 2 workers. They said they were finished after 4 hours. I was thoroughly disappointed after my inspection. There was just surface cleaning, not much furniture or accent items moved. Even the dusting was minimal. I should have known better from the start because as I was explaining what I wanted done and how much it would cost to Veronica, her assistant started wiping the kitchen counters. Anyone knows that you start from top to bottom. I expressed my dissatisfaction when they finished and she said that my cleaning products didn't work and that they would go over things again. No thanks. I paid them half of the $350 we agreed on and showed them the door.

  • Very well! They were very personable, most accommodating service. The work was more than exceptional and they were able to do more with my car than I thought could be done, so I am very happy! I did extend a gratuity. 

    I thought it was a great deal, that is why I hopped on it. He was most accommodating, because we had 2 cars done and he was gracious enough to do the second car for the same price. Ken was a great guy to deal with, his people who came out to take care of the car were terrific, so I would definitely use them again. 

    Above quality work, punctual, professional, couldn?t ask for a better service provider in that field. Workers were very nice, very personable. What would keep me going back there? Just the overall experience I had the first time out of the gate. 
    It was the first time using them and obliviously I don't need my car detailed every month, but I think yearly, I will have them handle it for me.

  • It went very well. George was very punctual for the estimate and the following service. He spent 5 hours cleaning my home's exterior, the driveway, patio, and all walkways. When the job was completed he cleaned all my wndows with a special solution to make them shine with no water spots. My home now looks like it was freshly painted. They did a great job!

  • Veronica and her assistant arrived on schedule and did a great job cleaning the house. We were quite pleased with their work. They were very efficient cleaning each room using the cleaning supplies we provided them. I would recommend them to anyone and would rehire them again.

  • Our place is still completely empty, so in some ways that made it easier. But Veronica really dug in and made sure she did a great deep clean with the limited supplies that I had. As she went along she asked me to look over the areas she had finished in case she missed something. While I didn't see anything she could improve on, I liked that she gave me a chance to give her feedback before she was walking out the door! I'm hoping to have her back to help me out regularly after we finish moving in!
