ATrig Builders Inc.Ezra and his professional team recently worked on renovations on our house in Ventura county. The house was not remodeled for over 20 years now and it really needed a major update before we moved in. His team did a complete remodeling of the 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, common areas and reconfigured the 2nd floor space, including the installation of the air conditioning. Ezra provided a very fair estimate and time frame to finish the work and the team not only completed everything within the scheduled time frame but were extremely courteous and accommodating often going above and beyond the ask to create beautiful spaces.- Francisco M.

He accommodated our wishes when another job was postponed and came the day after we signed the estimate. His solution for running the lines for the security lights was better than my idea and he accomplished the task of running the new line and installing the security lights I provided in just under 4 hours. AMedina Remodeling CompanyWe had our kitchen cabinets redone by Medina's Remodeling Company and we couldn't be happier with the results. The lower cabinets were rebuilt (new doors and drawers) in order to keep our existing tile counters and we had all new upper cabinets installed. The construction is all top quality. Freddy and Francisco were very attentive to our needs and incorporated all our ideas into the design. They also installed all new plugs, lights, and switches in our home, upgrading our wiring and installing a new panel for three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. They were very fair priced, considerably less than the bid from the large chain store. They were reliable, dependable, and made sure we were happy with the job. This is a family owned business that we learned about from their booth at the Marina Farmer's Market. If we have more projects in the future, we will be sure to callthem. AClarence Electric CorpWill was on-time and gave a full estimate before performing any work. He took any/all complications with aplomb and finished all work before the day was over. No extra charges for labor even though some issues were needing to be dealt with. He protected the work areas and cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. ABaggett Construction ServicesI don’t have any complaints about Max or his crew. They are conscientious, friendly, polite and clean. I never felt uncomfortable around any of them. When I had concerns Max did not hesitate to explain why something was done a certain way. If he had to change anything on the schedule he made sure I was kept informed. His estimates are very thorough but when issues arose not on the estimate he advised me of the options available and what he thought was the best course of action. Max’s calm and patient demeanor helped me get through a major remodel of my rental property. I feel very fortunately that he is my contractor and he will be doing another job for me soon. ABaggett Construction ServicesWOW! Absolutely awesome! They were exceptional! We have a brand new house now at the completion and I have to say it was worth every single penny and more! We got a deal! I feel like I bought a brand new house! Max and his crew (Including every single subcontractor that he hired to come in) were timely, courteous, professional, DETAILED AND METICULOUS about every single aspect of their jobs. Every member of the construction crew was a true craftsman. Max Baggett kept in contact with us during every step of the construction process and was responsive to every call we made. Max runs a large company and we always felt as though we were his number one customer and paid attention to EVERY detail, and responded to every single call we made to him immediately. Even when his portion of our whole wall cabinetry was completed he made a point of coming by when we were having our home entertainment center and sound system installed. He instructed the installation team how to hide wires and protect the functionality and beauty of our custom made cabinets. As a side note I must say that I was exceptionally pleased at how clean my house was kept during the construction process! The whole front of our house was under remodel and the crew used plastic cover sheets so the dust did not get into our bedroom (That we lived out of for 3 1/2 months during the construction...so it was really important to us to keep it dust free). I have breathing problems and did not have one problem during the entire time of our construction process. Also, the lighting was done perfectly. We have some special paintings that David installed the lighting to illuminate the pictures to show their true beauty. As things were getting close to Christmas and I was having to coordinate our furniture (Murphy's Mover's was exceptional!) to get moved in so at least our family had a place to sit for Christmas Dinner.....Max and his whole team work hard to ensure we could have our construction completed in time for Christmas Dinner for my husband/s side of the family...which was a stressor in itself! I will definitely use them again AND every single subcontractor he used for our flooring, painting, firebox installation, mill work and tile work). I just have to say that there is not a better contractor and also, one of the most important and hallmark attribute of Max is what an Honest and ETHICAL man to work with, and so was every member of his team....my husband and I just cannot say enough about how great an experience this was and I would do it all over again. We just want to say a heart felt thank you to every single person that worked on our home. I now love every single minute I spend in it. I turned into a dream home.....I can't wait to start a master bath and kitchen remodel! Do hire this team and you will not regret the experience at all!- Dorothy B.

ALangley's Construction/Handyman ServiceI rented my house in Pacific Grove (a two bedroom, one bath house) to someone who became a pet hoarder. She adopted several cats and dogs, locked them in the house during the day and destroyed my house. I am a soft-hearted guy, and I was too slow to evict the tenant. By the time I finished the legal process to get her to move out, my house was destroyed, and I was broke (from allowing her to fall several months behind on rent). I had water-damaged cabinets. Floors and walls were covered in pet excrement, hair, etc. The smell that permeated the entire house was awful and beyond description. Tiles in the shower had been knocked off. There was water and food in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I happened to run into Dan while I was trying to begin the repair/restoration project. He offered to help, and he knew exactly what to do. He educated me about using bleach to chemically neutralize areas where the pet "stuff" had gotten into the lumber. He also described his own creative method of using a special type of house paint/sealer to restore the interior and exterior walls. I was really touched by his friendliness and willingness to help me, and I decided to hire him to save my house. In fact, nobody else wanted to touch the house. Home Depot refused to even remove my carpets, because it was a hazard! Dan was very professional from beginning to finish. He started by presenting me with a list of work that was needed. The price was VERY reasonable. In fact, I knew immediately from his price that he was doing ME a huge favor. I approved the project, and the work began! Dan arrived the next day with a respirator and started removing anything that was damaged beyond repair. He is physically VERY STRONG. He rolled up the carpets and carried them on his shoulders like a sack of potatoes. I realized at this time that he does A LOT of work in a short amount of time for a couple reasons: He is really good at crafting a smart strategy to get things done well within a given budget, and he is super strong. The next step was to repair the walls. I know it sounds strange, but the pet damage was all over the walls! Dan has a special process to repair/restore floors and walls. By the time he was finished, the walls looked new. There was no more odor, and the house looked new on the inside. After the walls were fixed, Dan repaired my shower tiles and kitchen. The cabinets were a mess, and Dan meticulously repainted them. In fact, he even fixed some of the electrical system. After the interior was finished, Dan moved onto the exterior of the house. The damage on the exterior was not pet-related, but years of exposure to the coastal climate had severely damaged the cedar siding. Dan's work on the exterior of the house was like magic. Again, he had devised a special process of repairing the old, cracked siding. When he was finished, the exterior of the house looked new. Two years have passed since he repaired my entire house. There hasn't been a single leak in the plumbing. The electrical system works perfectly. The exterior of the house is solid as a rock. My old water heater broke recently, and Dan also replaced and repaired that. His price was substantially less than anyone else, and I had the peace of mind of knowing that it would be done right.- austin c.

AFor context, we hired System Pavers for work on our forever home. We spent about $80,000 on the project. We were not payed or compensated in anyway for this review. Because I've owned my own business for years, I felt compelled to right this review because good service and quality work, which exceeds expectations, deserves to be recognized. Let's be clear, System Pavers competes over quality and service, not price. Chrys Hoffman provided excellent design services. She made extra trips to ensure that we developed a vision that worked for me and my wife. Additionally, when there were scope changes, she made sure to call those out along with any additional charges. She gave us time between sessions to discuss and incubate our thoughts. When the project was completed the only surprises were good ones. System Pavers completed the project at the price we were expecting. System Pavers never nickle-and-dimed us. They were accommodating over any issues that were not adequately defined from the beginning. They also provided helpful suggestions that at times meant extra work for them. For example, on our side gate entrance, they recommend creating a cut-out to keep the garbage cans and allow a clear walkway into the backyard. They didn't even charge extra for that. They also extended our Pavers a few yards beyond the original plan to cover the cement which was demolished to make room trenching gas and electrical into an outdoor kitchen area. Nick Padilla, our project manager, went out of his way to help our dream come true. We had planned a 3-column basalt fountain. I was really attached to using a multi-colored fountain lights kit, embedded in the bore holes of the basalt columns to light up the water at night. However, when the fountain lights arrived, I discovered that the boreholes were about 1/2 inch to small to mount the lights flush with the tops of the columns. Nick had experience with stone masonry. He volunteered to help bore out the column holes an extra half inch at the top to make the fountain lights work. It worked. The fountains look fantastic at night! Nick made it happen for us. I've compared System Pavers' work to the work some of our neighbors completed with small independent contractors. It is easy for anyone to immediately see the difference in quality. Friends that have come to visit have commented on the excellent job System Pavers did with the pavers--friends in the contracting and construction business. One last thing. System Pavers remains focused on their core business, but they understand that completing a project often includes work that is not part of their core business. They referred a general contractor named Mohsen Esfahani who was very experienced and easy to work with. We could tell him what we wanted to do and he would suggest a variety of ways to do it--always starting with the least expensive options. He's pricing was very fair and his work was very good. If you are lucky, you will get Mohsen on your project also. Again, hats-off to Chrys Hoffman, Nick Padilla, Angel, Roberto, Mohsen, and the rest of the guys on the team.
